“These lovely folks always work quickly to get my issue resolved since the corporate customer service never assists me properly. The whole team seems very approachable and seem to love their jobs so they get along great. No awkward silences.
I’ve had several issues with my odd situation with our wifi router and my sister being the primary account holder. They still managed to help me even if it was a tough situation. The manager seems very connected with his team and the team members appear to trust when they must turn to him.
Knowing they have to deal with many upset customers they still did amazing for me.”

“My hard drive and battery were really bad and A+PAWN put a new battery and a one-terabyte solid-state drive and reinstalled windows. They put my old hard drive in a special casing that allowed me to transfer my old hard drive data to my computer. And I was able to pickup my computer two days later. I'm 110% satisfied :)”
