“These lovely folks always work quickly to get my issue resolved since the corporate customer service never assists me properly. The whole team seems very approachable and seem to love their jobs so they get along great. No awkward silences.
I’ve had several issues with my odd situation with our wifi router and my sister being the primary account holder. They still managed to help me even if it was a tough situation. The manager seems very connected with his team and the team members appear to trust when they must turn to him.
Knowing they have to deal with many upset customers they still did amazing for me.”
“Was ok, customer service was above average too expensive and was told I couldn't get the port in deal but after I left I was able to port my number thru another company so they just didn't want to try or they get paid commissions on sales made idk but either way it wasn't the worst customer service experience I've had lately and the coverage sucks too lost calls dead zones and more so I'd rather go thru a company that charges more but better quality of service”
