“I very much appreciated the effort and passion two of the employees had. I had gone in there with hopes to find a specific kind of doufle bag with a specific amount of pockets inside. One of the employees named Brendon was very helpful and took a good chunk of time checking a few bags for me. Both Mr. Rossy and Brendon had excellent customer service and I appreciated that.”
