Stopped by to drop off clothing and shoes, staff was rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all . Didn't get my receipt for the donation. Employees were not willing to help.

If I am here as a customer, spending money at your establishment, you should provide restrooms. You can't expect people to be out shopping and not need to pee at some point. If you need to have a code on the restrooms, that's understandable. But to deny a restroom to a paying customer, is very uncool.

Oh so nice this time when we shopped at 38th street, I do hope GW staff will be trained to know how to respect customers from now on. Actually I was surprised that Ms. Sarah, one of their staff did care my product which is easily fragile by wrapping the with paper sheet, although the product was not much expensive. I appreciate for her attitude.

Today was my second time ever visiting this location. As I am shopping (wearing a mask), an older woman with dark hair and glasses (manager?) approaches me saying I need to leave. I was stunned and asked her why and she said I had been treaspased. I was very anxious trying to explain that this was my second time here and I have never done anything wrong. She said another employee has basically accused me.But she wouldn't say who because 'you will just start a fight'. I was completely flabbergasted, and reiterated that she is falsely accusing me and confusing me with someone else.She finally listens to me and says the employee will get a write up for being wrong. The employees name is Jen. I heard it on the speaker. I will be speaking to another manager asap and will not be returning to this location. Completely wrong and unprofessional of them.

Its like walking into a high-end designer store with the ridiculous high prices! They just want profit..cares less about poor people trying to get clothes for their kidswhile on a fixed income..or a person trying to look presentable at a job interview.And they have nurve to ask if you wantvto round up to line the CEO'S POCKETS EVEN MORE!!Absolutely sickening!!

Quite disappointing when prices are either the same if you buy them brand new at Ross/Walmart/Target. People who typically shop at thrift stores are looking for affordable choices.Staff members are super kind and helpful though.

I was going through the store a few days ago and there were so many transients casing cars and constantly asking for money outside the doors. I don't like seeming heartless but there were a few that made it feel so unsafe to go to this location. I also saw one of them going through the electronics and just outright steal a pair of headphones without a single care.There were people dealing drugs right outside the doors too. Save your time and visit a nicer location. This one is nasty.

Not sure how prices at Goodwill are determined but seem to vary depending on location. This location charges 1 used pillowcase for 5.99!! The one on 6th Ave. in Tacoma is 1.99 and 2 for 3.99. Target sells them brand new, 2 for $6. Definitely overpriced at this location!
