I am an avid user of the 711 app and a loyal 711 customer. I absolutely love my local 711 that is right next to my house. They always treat me right. On occasion though I have to visit the next nearest 711 location to me. Just now I decided to use the mobile skip the line checkout option in the 711 app. I scanned my 3 redbulls and paid with my 711 wallet balance. I proceed to show the woman working my phone where it had prompted me to go ahead and show an employee and then be on my way. She stated that this was the first time she had ever encountered this feature on the app and wanted to see the whole receipt. I showed her the entire receipt and then she asked me for my ID to prove that it matched the name on my 711 app. She said it was to make sure that i wasnt charging someone else's account or card. I was honestly beside myself. I went ahead and grabbed my ID out of my vehicle and brought it back in to show her, where she then kept defending herself but eventually thanked me and told me to have a nice day. The funny thing is that I used my 711 wallet to pay for my 3 items but you have to use a debit card or cash to upload funds to the 711 wallet and she was correct, it was not my debit card or my money that I used to upload funds to my wallet but how could she ever prove that? Don't worry, I was given permission by the card holder to upload the funds this morning but the point is that she seen my ID matched the name on my app and that was all she wanted to prove I wasn't committing fraud or theft? These employees need to be trained better and especially when it comes to the 711 app and it's features!!! They know nothing of how this app works at all. I did not see a name tag on her shirt but she was the only employee at this location on this day at 11:30 am.

The cashier and the employee there, saw me and my friend but ignored us when we only wanted to buy a donut!!!! He is so rude and irresponsible, he just looked at us and pretended not to see us, he even locked the door!!! So mad, no respect for customers at all

If I could this place 0 stars I would. Owner was rude and unprofessional. She said mean things to me because I changed my mind about a purchase and wanted to get something else. She said I was wasting her money and told me I was being selfish. She told me I was banned and didn't want my business anymore. I called the corporate offices to report her. Based on these reviews I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with her.

employee said they are closed it is 2:51 am Saturday 17, 2024 . It's now 2:54 employee opened doors for one person I will not be going in if they are closed they should not be here at all.
