So I just saw a Black woman's baby carriage get assaulted here by a middle eastern man who was not clearly a part of store staff but acting in their stead. started with a false accusation of theft. She was trying to leave and the man stuck his foot under the stroller to keep her from taking her own child out the store!! This caused all her items and purse to spill on the ground, and she scrambled to collect herself while he stood there and verbally assaulted her. She tried to defend herself, but of course, was trying to keep her child safe. I stood around for a while to make sure she was safe, since the guy (who seemed to be an employee or a friend) took off in the direction she was walking while still arguing at her... Will NEVER darken this door again, WATCH OUT, community!!!
PS if this really is the stores owner replying to reviews, the link looks fishy as heck. Sooooo, maybe identity theft in addition to neighborhood intimidation??

CRAPPY ! BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT 711 I DONT LIKE ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES THEY DONT HELP THEY ARE RUDE AND I would never suggest this store to anyone

If you're a female you are no longer welcome here. I'm not sure if the owner has changed but the workers definitely have the last few times Ive been in here he won't even talk to me he growls and then today he literally ripped the cash out of my hand looked over my shoulder and said good evening brother to the man behind me. When he gave me my change he threw it across the counter, the other customer just raised his eyebrows at this. I won't be spending my money in there anymore.

Called over the phone asked if I can have a spice 10 piece breaded made the man said he could not do a Order for hot food over the phone and told me the use the app said no problem 5 minutes away I’ll just come in. Remind you. I’ve been going to this store for 4+ constantly know the ins and outs know the community known all the employees exc. came in order the same thing 10 piece spicy breaded wing as usual he said ok don’t know if I have enough but I’ll see I’m like okay fine. And I noticed the guys new so before he goes to check I tell him I’m paying with ebt he tells me I can’t because the system. I ask him if he’s sure and tried explaining to him how I come here all the time not only this 711 but others as well and they all have never had a problem with me doing it… so I asked him if could not do it because the system or did not know how he catches a attitude refusing to serve me .. dude seem just lazy and was unwilling to do his job. If you have a problem coming to work or actually working that’s fine but don’t act like you don’t know what your doing because you have no work ethic and don’t want to be at your job/work and actually then take your frustrations out on customers because you don’t want to work . His was Taylor was working a graveyard shift and just had no customers service is rude doesn’t know how to talk to customers and is lazy with no worth ethic..

Walked in wearing a t-shirt for some nachos, was told I can't use the microwave for outside food "never touched the microwave". Held up the nachos I just opened and like bro what's your problem?. Got a one dollar slushy got charged 1.39 for it, 3.59 for the nachos.
Guy in front of me got a combo drink and food items, charged him double, they just said oh they don't honor that anymore. Even the sticker was right on the glass.
Not coming back.

I was informed about 2.5 weeks ago that they had found a credit card skimmer by the male night employee. I was informed by the female that they think it was an employee from another store. Devin told me to be quiet, that they could get introuble for this. I was then overcharged for a pack of cigarettes lastnight by the male employee. He didn't give me a receipt and he reprinted it. I went in tonight to get my money back and after her calling 2 of her bosses, told me to come back Monday. I work hard for my money and the Management should be ashamed for doing business like this. Check the cc machine and your receipts when you buy from this store.

Zack, employee of store #22433 was simply amazing. I went in for some cocoa and was met with the best customer service I have had in any establishment anywhere. Zack, dude thank you for your help, upbeat personality and easy demeanor. It’s refreshing and appreciated.

Double charged me., told me it would be back In a day, had to come back and ask for my refund while he argued with me over it. His employee even told him she remembered yet he continued to argue . Got it back but still gave me attitude for his mistakes.
