New owners keep the store clean and well-stocked. The food is fresh and hot and the people are courteous and friendly to all. I stop in 2-3 times a week.

Was fortunate to stop by the 7-Eleven in S. Tacoma Way and let me tell you how disappointed and how the customer service it is. If i could negative zero it definitely describe this place. And 7- Eleven should be place where it was easy in and out but dang this 7-Eleven just make me not wanna support. Maybe better training employees or maybe it just in bad area but not all customers are not bad. Or not everyone that come through here.

Probably the worst and most dangerous 7-Eleven I've ever been to You've got homeless people sleeping outside if you want to get any frozen foods good luck the manager has the key to the freezer and he's never there I've seen fights in the parking lot I live a block away and I will drive down to another 7-Eleven late at night instead of going to this one I understand why they lock the freezer they lost $7,000 in revenue because of theft but they're losing more than $7,000 in revenue by locking it and not having the key on top of that 7-Eleven is a 24-hour store but yet this one closes for 45 minutes every night so the employees can mop the floor instead of doing it in sections and staying open I've seen multiple people leave that's lost revenue because of it

Don’t shop here unless you pay very close attention to your change if you’re paying with cash. I was supposed to get 9.02 back as change. I was told she didn’t have pennies then later went to buy some Jack in the box just to find out she gave me 2 dollars back. Can’t get an answer on the phone. Will have to find a new location to get my energy drinks.

Everytime I come up there in the evening around 7-730 at night the two girls they got working there are lazy idiots and close down the store so they can both take a break at the same time. It's usually after I get off of work so I usually want to grab a couple of red bulls before I go home for the night and I can't because they wanna chill. There's one of the girls loser boyfriends hanging out up there as well who tried to yell at me for going into the store when they were both outside and the douche doesn't even work there. This is my local go to store and I'm up there almost everyday and in my opinion is unacceptable for employees to act like that, I'll probably start going to another store from now on its really disappointing.

This is my home store. The food is always cooked well. The cooking equipment is cleaned well and maintained. The staff and managers are by far the best 711 employees I have ever been served by. I avoid almost all 711s now because of the lack of customer service skills or because the food is terrible.

I used to love coming here until the bums took over the store front and the store. It smells like Piss and fentanyl. The bums sit in the store all day and crowd you and bake for money, and the employees let them do it. They act like they work there and touch everything including the cups, and they’re totally dirty unsanitary and stinky. Plus I watch them steal everything. There’s a dog that has been sitting in that store for the past two months every single day, jumping on the counter, smelling the hotdogs And begging customers for food. My kids are scared to even go there now. I tried to contact corporate, but they don’t do anything about it.

The cashier was very nice,I was doing cash app,it was nice to get proper customer service,lately I've noticed customer service has really been poor in other stores .
