I went early in the a.m., Sign on the door said: Closed for Cleaning. Tho No employee was seen AT ALL. There is another sign that says: OPEN 24 HOURS. Cannot be both = It is an oxymoron. I went to 2 stores, near each other. Same -Same. Identical sign on door/ No employee in sight. Won't be going to either 7-11 any time soon. Cannot trust a company/store that does not keep their POSTED hours. If they in good-faith close for cleaning. PERMANENTLY POST THAT. Thank you, Please drive-thru.

This 7/11 at 6th Ave and orchard is one of the nicer ones I’ve seen. They keep it clean. Like other 7/11’s no public restrooms. Still I go to this 7/11 by preference.

A disappointing experience. The store was messy and poorly organized, making it hard to find what I needed. The coffee smelled stale. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, taking their time to ring up my purchase. Overall, this 7-Eleven did not meet basic expectations for convenience or service. I wouldn't recommend stopping here.

Employees are kind and good. They're the bright spot.
The equipment however is poor. The card readers on the pump are failing frequently.

Google Pay not working, just like every other 7-11 in Tacoma. 7-11 knows about this, why don't they fix it?

I went into the 7-11 to get a hot dog. While I was there I witness an employee aggressively wiping his nose and mouth with his bare hand. There were 2 times I had seen him do this. It did appear he had a deformity but it doesn’t excuse the lack of sanitation. There should still be handwashing or at the least hand sanitizer applied for standard practices implemented for services.

This is the most clean and safe looking 7 Eleven I've been to. The burgers and pizza are very good and the employees are very nice. As always with cheap gas station stores, there are some very rough people inside here, so probably don't bring younger children inside.
