Don't go there I got 2 slices of pizza it came out fresh and hot and I did not see any old pizza well he stuck a very old slice on the bottom and new on top .never going back there again the new owners should not be treating customers like that

Only come here if you love homeless crackheads asking you for money and doing drugs, right in front of the store. Oh and also 1/2 block from the police station. Ya good job tacoma.

It’s gone downhill from whoever took it over this store is HORRIBLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. Everything is out of stock. They lost their liquor license. So at this point… definitely would rather go to the one down the street and not waste my time coming here again.

I choose to find the best in everything.... The 7-11 experience on 38th and Pine is sort of like (YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE) when you are referring to customer service. Overall a nice, clean and well stocked convenience store.

Look, it’s a 7/11. Nothin will ever be perfect especially on a busy street like 38th, but the people that work here are EPIC. Always trying to have a good time even if it’s a rough day, very helpful and kind.

09-30-22 Friday morning around 3:50 the employee that was working on the early morning shift was so rude , with an attitude towards the customers , very unprofessional employee ?♀️ The place would’ve been better if they hire employees that handle customers with good attitude and not answering customers rude !!!

This is literally the most disgusting crackhead store I have ever been inside in my entire life. The blue haired toothless clerk was absolutely disgusting. She had an entire rack of open doughnuts sitting on the floor while the crackhead customers flailed all around them. I could barely tell what tweaker was a customer and who worked there. A complete cesspool of drugs and disgust.
