I went in to buy cigarettes and I buy Newport’s so I use the new port pleasures app, if the location shows up on the app that means the STORE approved PARTICIPATION in the new port pleasures promotions and they typically get discounts on the whole sale side with Newport . So knowing that a store won’t be on the app unless they approve it I typically redeem my coupons before I get to the register to kill time . I go to ask for my cigarettes and inform them that I have my coupon on the app. They tell me they do not accept the digital coupon and the store clerk “Rocky” was rude and walked back to put them away and told me they had a “notice” saying they no longer took the coupon. But mind you he can’t find said notice and there isn’t one posted nor have they obviously contacted Newport to tell them to take them off the map and that they no longer wanted to be apart of the promotion cause they ain’t want to loss their promotion . Every other 7-11 takes them, but them. Then he calls his manager to tell me they don’t accept the coupon, they couldn’t even accommodate me since this was a mishap on their end for not informing Newport and not posting proper notices up for the customers . If I could give them negative stars I would . And your employee “Rocky” is always inconsiderate and rude, he rushes you while paying and he always usually skips the rewards number part unless you specify you want to type in your rewards . I hope this 7-11 is the next to be closed down , just inconsiderate and rude.

If I could I leave a negative rating me and my man walk in and I’m wearing this big blanket from this cold walk we took we walk in nun of the workers say nun to me before we turn in one the ills I took it off and asked my man to hold it for me he throws it over his shoulder and right away they start yelling at him to take it off he can’t have it so I grab it back from him and said they probably think your going to steel idk witch up set us both from that point they watched every movement we maid when we got done with what we wanned and picked out we came to the front and he was talking to use with attitude didn’t even say sorry for the misunderstanding straight told my man they didn’t want his kind there (he is black) and say that he can’t come back ever again never been so embarrassed and humiliating in my life with the comment the worker said and I can only imagine how my man feels with the racial comment he maid towards him

If I could I'd leave zero stars they treated me like I was about to put a gun to their head or rob the store blind just cus I'm black I went in with my girlfriend who is pale looking and they didn't say a word to her just me

I have consistently the best customer service experience coming here than any other 711s I've gone to. They are friendly and the place is nice and clean. I make it a point to come here when possible. The clerk that is there is very approachable and easy to talk with. They even recognize and appreciate regulars. Will definitely return again.

they have debit card skimmers on their gas pumps. do not use your card here. the attendant lied and said "a homeless ma must have out something in it" but it was them.

What's with the lids at this store? I usually get coffee around Puyallup and have never had an issue with my lid staying on. Bought 4 drinks today and we can't drink them on our road trip because the lids don't stay on and one already spilled.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning after getting off work to pick up a snack and smokes. I must have taken to long looking to see what I wanted to buy because the cashier watched every move I made as I went through the aisle as I was looking at the candy he yelled at me telling me that I needed to go because I was taking to long. I wasn't picking up things and putting back down, I wasn't doing anything other than trying to figure out what I was hungry for after working all night. I picked a candy bar, bought my smokes and spent 40 dollars to get yelled at by a 20 something rude man. I won't be going back, besides the incredibly rude staff, the prices were higher on just about everything compared to the other 7-11s, even the one just down the block. The store is crowded and doesn't offer much of a selection, which was the main reason it was taking me so long, there were multiple items I looked for and couldn't find, but that almost every other 7-11 offers. The parking lot was littered with a ton of trash which seems to be a theme with the other 7-11 in the area. I suggest finding a mom and pop type store, you'll have a much better experience.

The people working were extremely rude, they barely spoke english, the store was dirty there was bugs in the slurpee machine.

Why does this gas station even exist? We filled up on gas for over $120 and when we went inside to use the bathroom they said no bathroom. And after that both the employees that starting talking saying something in a different language which I understood. HORRIBLE!!!

The lady working was extremely bothered by my presence and she made it known that helping me was a problem for her. I do appreciate her making me a pizza but it's definitely her job and I was super grateful but she made me feel terrible
