Im not gonna lie…. I was pretty out of shape when I first started here and I def had no idea what I was doing. It’s been a few months and not only have a lost quite a bit of weight, but I’ve gained so much muscle! The staff are all really fun and helpful people… I cannot say enough about this place. If you’re on the fence about trying it out, don’t be! I wish I would have signed up sooner ?

If this post was written before August 2023, I would give it 5 stars. There has been a change in ownership since and unfortunately has left me to give a negative review of this studio. I would give 0 stars if I could.TLDR: I would NOT recommend this studio with the current ownership that does not respect its customers. Don't waste your money here.I was a member here from September 2022 to August 2023. For most of my time, the trainers were fabulous and (previous) ownership was engaged/communicative. I would have continued to attend this studio, but my job forced me to move out of the state. Due to my job change, I informed the studio that I will not be renewing my contract and to cancel my membership at the end of my term. I signed a 12-month contract back in September 2022, so my last payment should have been in August 2023. Well, September rolls around and I notice a membership charge on my credit card. I originally asked the owner I was in contact with before what the charge was for. The previous owner informed me that the studio is under new management and to ask the new owner. So, I called and sent an email to the studio asking about what the charge was for and to help resolve the extraneous charge. Fast forward 3+ weeks and I have yet an email or call back regarding the extraneous charge. The fact that I am getting absolutely no response about this from this studio is mind-boggling. Common courtesy and customer service does not happen at this establishment (anymore).

Do not give them your card on file .. I canceled my membership over the phone, they on their end paused it for 30 days ..Then start charging it again after 30DaysI noticed this in my credit card statementWhen I called them, they saidThat I had asked them to only pause it and not cancel itThen when they told me they will cancel itThey sent me to collectionBad business

This place is awesome. HANDS DOWN the best customer service and training you can get. sadly it didn't work out for me because I myself couldn't afford it and have major life issues but the trainers whenever I was in the neighborhood would always check make sure I 'am ok. Sarah is one of the best people you will ever have the chance of knowing trust me

This is the place to get the very best workout in all of tacoma. It's a fun place you want to come to as opposed to feeling like you have to go workout. Great experience highly recommend!

9Round and the trainers here are amazing. I have worked out with the owner personally and he always brings the energy! 30min workout and the workouts change daily. Also having a personal trainer always takes the guess work out of form and if I'm doing things correctly! Highly recommend this gym!

I was getting so bored and stunted with my gym workouts then I found 9round! The workouts are different everyday and the trainers push you to be better each workout. I’ve never been more fit in my life, highly recommend 9round!

Started 9Round a couple of months ago. The 30 minute workout is fantastic. My heart rate always averages over 130 for the 30 minutes. The trainers make sure to keep you moving between the 9 stations with V-Ups, crunches etc. They make sure to teach technique and will engage in some speed punching. Try it, you’ll be addicted! One of the best workouts in Tacoma.
