This place seems nice at first but don't do auto pay!! They raised the price of my unit by $50 in the twice in the past year and I didn't know because I had it on auto. What started out as a 10x10 for $80 is currently now $199!!!!! With no notification. No email no call no text. Shady!!!

Reserved a unit on line & when I was being checked in I asked if it was beat option? He explained how difficult it would be for me transfer all of my stuff. He showed me what areas were available & it made for a much easier unloading. Thank you very much!

It was easy to get my unit on line and when I went there the person that worked there was very friendly and helpful. I haven't had any problems. I would recommend SecureSpace Storage in Parkland to my friends n family.

Good experience, lady was helpful. Corp rate policy's for company are terrible, your call center is terrible, train your people and have them speak good English, not broken English, pathetic.

Ugh!!! Here is your review. The service on the phone is friendly enough, though from the start, Will kept talking over me, though I get it, it's a sales/customer service position and you gotta get to the next call. Unit was clean when I got to it and easy to access. One thing that is above other places is that if you need a storage on a Sunday, this is one of the few.
The amount of request for a Google review via phone, email and text is RIDICULOUS. I dont get the idea of asking people to say if you had a good or bad experience it should be totally on the person using the service to do so without constant proding and request. To be honest, you almost got a 1 star just for this.

I have to say that ive never had a better experience in my life. This man in the office made sure to take great care of a delicate and stressful situation that made things hard on the family. He used compassion and empathy while working with the rules he had at hand and found an appropriate solution. Cant thank him enough for talki g care of my mom.
