I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars because Advanced Auto Care completely turned things around. Josh spent extra time diagnosing my car, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. The staff was friendly, honest, and professional — it’s rare to find service this thorough. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Took my car here after the dealership and two other shops all said that they couldn’t work on it. I was communicated with clearly, and often. Whenever I had questions they didn’t just rely on descriptions and technical jargon, they took me under the car and *showed* me the issues. I’m not much of a car guy and that can be made to feel quite embarrassing but every question I asked was answered promptly with an explanation that I could understand at my level and at no point did it feel belittling or pandering. Top notch work and top notch service, you’d be a fool to go anywhere else

Awesome experienced!!! Definitely back!! My car completely dead and need to bring back to dealership but they don’t charged me any diagnoses fee. Great customer care!! Love their honesty and generosity🙏🙏thank you!!

I brought my car in to get looked at and they messed my car up even more. My coolant leaks out a whole bunch than it was before. Left pieces in my car that wasn’t from my car and didn’t put all my pieces back on my car battery I don’t think ima pay the diagnosis fee because my car was only having one problem that I knew about. But now it has multiple I’m pissed off I will never ever ever even in desperate times go back to this place.

It was good and they will explain any concerns you have with your vehicle..being a single woman I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of, because most places think your a dumb woman. But I do know a few things on my own. Highly recommend!

The reviews speak for themselves. Affordable, honest, reliable, and caring. I've been coming here for years, even traveled from Bonney lake just to come to the only mechanics I trust. The owners are married and very knowledgeable about vehicles. Highly recommend.
