Moved my eldery father from Washington State to Idaho. It was hard on him. The team coordinated a one day pack, load and transport. It was such a relief and they did an amazing job! O highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with my daughter’s move from Phoenix to Austin. Tim, my salesperson, was fantastic—he clearly explained the entire process, including procedures and pricing, and offered helpful tips on packing and preparation that made both pickup and delivery go smoothly.
He kept me well-informed throughout, and both the Phoenix and Austin local offices reached out in advance to confirm the timing, which added to the seamless coordination. The crews at both ends were professional, courteous, and efficient.
AirVan and North American Van Lines truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely use them again for future moves and highly recommend them to anyone who values outstanding customer service and hard work.

If I could give a 6-star rating, I would! Every aspect of the move was handled professionally and on-time. Moving from Seattle to Virginia was quite the haul, but Air Van took the stress out of moving the furniture and household goods. The delivery was made at the earliest possible window which allowed us adequate time to help move our daughter into her apartment before school started. David and Ernesto were prompt and unloaded efficiently. Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend!

Bad communication overall, they ended up not having deliverers who could lift the item, and wouldnt accept my help even though they couldnt do it alone. They drivers even said that they should have sent stringer guys who had been doing this longer. Left it in my garage and then wanted to charge me an extra $350 to come out a second time to get it in the house and were pretty rude on the phone - person I talked to had a very condescending tone about the whole thing. Just told them nevermind and hired another company to help me move it for the same price - and that company (college hunks) were super nice on the phone, easy to talk to, cheery and friendly!

Thank you to the wonderful team at Air Van Moving and Storage for making this move a stellar experience. From the move coordinator to the on-site team, everything was done professionally, efficiently, and personably. I really appreciated the way the lead documented my belongings on the inventory sheets. An added benefit is that I have used their storage facility for many years and recommend that too. Job excellently done -thanks!

Don't use them. Just don't. You'd be better off to hire toddlers from your local daycare.This was a local move. They were hired to pack and move. They did not give their staff adequate packing materials, time, or supplies. They threw things in boxes, damaged family antiques by improperly stacking them for storage - then decided to deny the claim. Despite detailed documentation.

Literally the worst last-mile delivery company I have ever had to work with. Trying to get something delivered from them is like getting a root canal with no anesthesia. I had a huge delivery through them, here's a list of the lowlights: 1 - They called once 2 weeks ago, didn't leave a message or any other information. I sensed it was the last mile delivery company, and googled the number, then tried to call them - and they had no information about why they called me... 2 - Oh ya, btw - my order had apparently just been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks. No reason given. 2 - Never called me the day of delivery. I got to call them - only to realize they didn't deliver. 3 - Did not knock or call when they were apparently sitting outside? But the delivery guy did take a fancy picture of our front door apparently? WTF?! WHO DOES NOT KNOCK OR CALL ON A HUGE DELIVERY?! What a mess. If your a company looking to use them for last-mile in Seattle, literally USE ANYONE OR ANYTHING ELSE. I'd hire a group of strangers and a uHaul over these people.
