Don't use them. Just don't. You'd be better off to hire toddlers from your local daycare.This was a local move. They were hired to pack and move. They did not give their staff adequate packing materials, time, or supplies. They threw things in boxes, damaged family antiques by improperly stacking them for storage - then decided to deny the claim. Despite detailed documentation.

Literally the worst last-mile delivery company I have ever had to work with. Trying to get something delivered from them is like getting a root canal with no anesthesia. I had a huge delivery through them, here's a list of the lowlights: 1 - They called once 2 weeks ago, didn't leave a message or any other information. I sensed it was the last mile delivery company, and googled the number, then tried to call them - and they had no information about why they called me... 2 - Oh ya, btw - my order had apparently just been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks. No reason given. 2 - Never called me the day of delivery. I got to call them - only to realize they didn't deliver. 3 - Did not knock or call when they were apparently sitting outside? But the delivery guy did take a fancy picture of our front door apparently? WTF?! WHO DOES NOT KNOCK OR CALL ON A HUGE DELIVERY?! What a mess. If your a company looking to use them for last-mile in Seattle, literally USE ANYONE OR ANYTHING ELSE. I'd hire a group of strangers and a uHaul over these people.

Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life. We hired North American to handle our move across the country, based on their reputation. Well, they may want to disassociate themselves with Air Van Moving out of Tacoma, Wa. We were moving from, Seattle, Wa to Pennsylvania. Air Van (hired by North American) picked up all of our household goods on, 01/10/2017, Here we are today, 05/22/17 and I am still sleeping on a mattress on the bedroom floor because we still have not received all of our stuff, after months of continuous phone calls and e-mails. When I do actually get to talk to somebody in the office, I get nothing but lies, I've been told my things were left in Ohio because the driver got knocked off for being overweight so, they had to leave it in storage facility there. Yet another lie because they now say they had to ship it from Tacoma, WA. Which means it never even left the state of Washington. Then I was threatened to be charged a storage fee for the things that THEY left behind. I was finally able to speak with the Vice President, Steve Wynn, on the phone (after hiding behind e-mails & office staff), his solution was to hang up on me, after he said, he did not have to listen to what I had to say. Also, beware of the drivers & hired help, when they fill out the inventory sheets they mark every item as damaged in some way. That way if you try to file a claim they can say it was already damaged/soiled/broke, and I mean every single item. However long it takes, this company & staff will be reported to every agency/bureau, even if it takes as long as, this move has taken. Thankfully, I saved and every email & document associated with this move, to prove all of the above, to move forward with my reports. Please, very seriously consider other options for your moving needs..........UPDATE 6/2/2017 - STILL SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR!!!!!! UPDATE 6/5/2017 - STILL SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR............PLEASE NOTE THE REVIEW FROM JEN LACKEY IS THE GIRL THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE.......I am sure they had her post "the review" to try and bring the rating back up.

I had 3 guys pack and move my stuff into storage and make an extra stop at my son’s house too. They were very fast and efficient, and careful too. They were also very friendly. I would use them again.

The moving of our belongings was actually quite good, and deserves a slightly higher rating, but the customer service was pitiful. Communication was often ignored, and they constantly seemed unprepared for the specifics of our move.Movers themselves arrived a day early and were somehow frustrated we weren't ready. They did begrudgingly wear masks, but not consistently, even though they had just come from NYC at the peak of the pandemic.When our invoice came we were charged for services that they did not provide, and it took two months of emails, calls, and finally an office visit to resolve. In the end everything was corrected, which I have to give them credit for. There is also the caveat that a third party company was also involved in our move, and some responsibility would fall on them as well.Ratings breakdown:Moving of belongings = 5Movers' customer service = 4Billing = 1Admin customer service = 2

Every person I worked with was great, especially Mike. He answered all of my calls and questions. Tbh, the entire quote process was confusing. You have different options based on flat rate or binding and you put a lot of trust in someone to quote you. Mike was almost spot on, we were just 200lbs over and didn’t owe extra due to the binding contract choice. Our stuff was delivered in the time range they gave us but on the 2nd to last day. I wish i paid for expedited shipping. All of our stuff arrived in *almost* perfect condition which is why i gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Our stand up fan is broken, the blades won’t spin properly and we have tried fixing it. Our memory foam mattress topper didn’t get included in the mattress bag and just got rolled and put in the truck. It came back filthy and ripped. Our glider has a cushion on it and this came back with a big greasy-like stain. Luckily i got it out with washing. I’d use them again and watch them wrap everything specifically to track it all.

Stellar experience!!! Richard was our driver, and everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. We have moved many times over the years with different companies. This time was a dream come true. Careful, professional, courteous, there was nothing that could have been improved upon. His crew on both ends was top notch, and if you have ever used a moving company then you know just how amazing this is. Communication was well coordinated and all of our concerns were listened to and taken seriously. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!
