The staff is always friendly and helpful. Yes they are backed up a lot but so is almost every place else.

Have been going here for years, the new staff is by far the worst I’ve experienced here. The customer service is lacking and they are backed up all the time. I have my prescriptions on automatic refill and they are never ready on time. The staff is unapologetic and rude.

Used to like this pharmacy, but they have all new people. They're rude, don't have any customer service skills and are always backed up. Looking for a new pharmacy asap.

Always polite and they are genuinely concerned for their clients.

I only stopped here because the restroom at the location I was at previously was out of order. I usually avoid this store anyways but the stuck up self-checkout employee had to make me dislike the place even more. At times I have wondered if it is difficult for this "type" to be rude to someone that they do not know whatsoever, regardless of how relentlessly polite the person is to them. 《《 (Rhetorical.) For some reason I doubt it! She made sure to tell me 'Do not to take forever in the bathroom,' and to squeeze in an ever-so-polite 'and do not make a big mess.' Like wtf? I wasnt aware the snobby ones were lurking around already this afternoon.

I switched to them after being sick and tired of waiting for prescriptions and long lines at walgreens. They fill my prescriptions faster, more likely to answer the phone, and generally more polite with interactions in person and over the phone. Yes there's still a wait sometimes at this pharmacy and there's no drive thru but the rest of the experience is more pleasant than Walgreens. Today I was waiting on antibiotics for my son and I know pharmacists tend to be overworked, I didn't want to bother them but it was 2 hours to close and didn't want to go a night without that medication if I could help it. I called and they answered quickly and told me they'll have the prescription ready in twenty minutes. I sent my boyfriend and it was ready right as he arrived! Thank you for being an awesome pharmacy albertsons! I've also gotten my covid vaccines here! Gonna see about getting my flu shot here!

Went here for over 5 years for all the family's meds. Up until this last year everything was ok well now with insurance company changing policies. My meds that ive been taking for 4+ years got all messed up so I had to call my doc they spent hrs on the phone with the insurance company and the pharmacy my doc gave them the code that the insurance company gave them and said try these two codes its either one or the other .. Well the pharmacy calls Mt doc back and accuses them of giving them a fraud code . the code this pharmacy used was for a cancer patient . I do not have cancer ! So it was the other code that they didnt even try after my doc gave them both codes the insurance company gave them and why dont a pharmacy know these codes that they have to use every day. They dont like helping you get it figured out they just put the blame on your doctor . we pulled all of our prescriptions and went somewere else .

Every staff member works so hard here at this pharmacy. They always have a smile and hello for you no matter how busy. They throughly answer every question you have. They never failed to ask how my father was doing when they knew he didnt have long. They had so much compassion helping me close his account down and switch things to my mom. They truly deserve Recognition for their hard work and dedication to the customers. Thank you so much for all you do.

Is just me that despises the self checkout lines in the grocery store’s??? I can’t stand them! The sensitivity is so so high that you can’t put your bags from home on the counter, because it’s too heavy. So, you have to program it, going through a couple of push button screen’s telling it you have a bag. Then the machine locks up several times while you are scanning your goods, requiring an “assistant” to come and help. I buy hundreds of dollars of groceries at a time, but there’s no place for the groceries. If you put the bags in the cart or the floor, guess what??? You need an assistant to come clear the error codes.
I’m not an employee and I shouldn’t have to go through this BS to buy groceries. Safeway and Albertsons have lost my business.

This is not a normal store for me to frequent, however, my boyfriend and I stopped in a couple of weeks ago after walking our dogs at the park down the road. We had hose guests for the weekend and wanted some steaks, fresh fruit, bakery items, wine, etc. to show them a good time during their stay. The store is pretty well organized. I'm not a fan of lanes that end halfway through land you get stuck and have to backtrack. I usually stick to the outside of the store isles, so it's not usually an issue, but we needed toothpaste. We found some steaks with great marbling for a great price. The bakery section had a beautiful selection of items and we really wanted to try several things, but settled for a blueberry custard pie. The produce section is a little crowded, making it difficult to navigate when there are other shoppers, but the produce looks great. Decent selection of wines and beers. The dairy section looks a little hidden, but once you know where to look, it's no big deal. At checkout, we opted to self-checkout. Apparently, the computer hated us. We received amazing customer service from the gentleman working the area who laughed and joked with us while helping us out. He really made a great impression. It took everything I had not to look at the plants and flowers as we were heading out. The following weekend, I headed back to the same store, because I liked it so much. Picked up another bakery item and some produce items. Unfortunately, it was when I was trying to do more grocery shopping that I realized how many items the store doesn't carry. So, if you need things from the inner isles, not so great of a selection. If you need fresh things/real food from the outer areas of the store, you're going to be all good here. As before, had excellent customer service while I was checking out at the self-checkout. The woman walked over to ask me if I'd seen the note on the register about no cash and debit/credit only. I had not, but was using debit, so it was all good. It was nice that she was checking with people to make sure despite the notes as clearly they weren't super visible. She was being proactive. I liked that. I could hear her talking to her regulars checking out who clearly adored. When the regulars love you, you're doing something right.

We stopped by today to get a couple of cases of water. Brandon B. Was collecting carts in the parking lot and asked us if we need help. He loaded it in the car for us! Such a big help! Thank you. Very helpful and considerate worker!

I was there today 6/22/2021 to pre-order something from the deli department. Stood there for a couple of minutes. Sarah B. was helping another customer when she stopped and told me someone would be with me shortly. Thanked her for acknowledged me. I chose to wait for her to finish what she was doing to help me with my order.

i was at this albertsons location today 3/16/2020 at about 12:30 pm,at 104 military road in tacoma..ive been going there off and on for a few years,so we're on a somewhat friendly basis.so i asked the checker at the self service checkouts,Bill,i think his name is-,why there wasnt any alcohol wipes at each register? oh,well we dont have any left, but we regularly wipe down each machine..yeah..but the entire store is contaminated because so many people are putting their hands on
