Employees look harassed, takes forever to get things unlocked, only one cashier on most days and impatient rude customers in the self checkout line. Every time I go here I wish I drove to Fred Meyers.

This is such a convient location for me to stop on my way to work. I love how the fruit is right up front my go to on most mornings. The staff is very friendly & it's exceptionally clean. Kudos to you all please keep up the wonderful attitude it is noticed.

I prefer this store over others and they always have the prettiest flowers. Staff is nice. When i accidentally left $40 cash back In the self check out, when I realized it and went back to check, someone had taken it and pocketed the cash and didn’t turn it in. I told the manager about what happened and they actually were nice enough to give me $40 to make up for my loss. Also the couple times I was a little short (less than .50 cents) for my amount due at self checkout the staff was nice enough to reach in their own pocket for the change for me. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I live down the road.

I am rating 1 for this reason.
I went through the self check out. the scanner had an issue causing the clerk to come and deal with it.
As she finished, a survey popped up on the screen asking me to rate my Safeway experience while she was still in front of the screen.
She immediately answered it for me and rated it perfect and touched all the buttons about how all the aspects of my shopping were "exceptional." All before I could stop her and ask her what she was doing. This simple action effectively took away my voice and was very unprofessional.
It simply shows also that this clerk does not care about the customer.
I imagine how often this happens and, therefore, how the stores "rating" is due to this.

Chad at the checkout is absolutely horrible. Customer in front of my husband slipped their card for around $12 for 3 things. The card was declined and Chad the cashier said, " Really, for $12?" Was extremely rude! Then the customer looked embarrassed and said he thought he had enough. Said sorry and asked to check his account on his phone. Chad then said, "really, man you are holding up the line". My husband ended up paying $12 for the mans food, then after the man left told off Chad for being the so unprofessional. The guy was just trying to buy some breakfast. (Eggs, sausage, and bread)

When you shop here at night a midget will follow you around the store with like 4 backpacks on. And watch you shop . For one how am I the one that looks shady ? Your the wizard of Oz elf that looks like he's homeless moving to another camp site . Was it my 1200 bernalillo cucinelli shoes that made me look shady or the fact I bought 3 racks of ribs for my tragger grill? Secondly if I was a thief what are you about to do about it ? My mother writes for the Tacoma tribune . I bet you everything I own there will be a article about this store and the little mini trash that works here . Can't wait to find out what you drive . Nothing a little airplane stripper to make a customer feel better. Looked like a Santa's elf walking around with a bunch of tjmaxx backpacks . Trash

High prices. Real challenging for retirees on fixed income. Frozen vegetables are priced way to high, as most everything else. Will be shopping elsewhere.
