Me and my boyfriend want there last night and the old lady jenelle was very rude and racist and it not the first time she is like that with us why is no one doing anything about that lady being rude and racist to others and if this am pm is open 24/7 why dose she have it close at 10:30 i have talk to her boss and i guess she dose not care and it because they are friends . I really hope some one dose something about it . It clear that other people have the same problem with her. 😡😡

The old lady that works at night I don't know what her deal is but I just waited 20 minutes she finally comes to the door and told me to go away I've had several bad experiences with her I have no idea why she even works there if she can't stand working with the public I have great experiences with every other staff member there and it really sucks because I love that store and the coffee and cookies are my favorite. I can't believe how much business I watched just go to the door and leave because it's locked and she won't come open it ?

The lady that works the night graveyard shift is absolutely horrible she told me friend he can not come back to the store because he took to long. She rushes every one out after they wait what seems like forever for her to open the door even though she looks right at you, she accuses people of stealing even though they have receipts, she is horrible!!!!! ARCO BETTER DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER NOW!!!

Have been stopping here early morning to get breakfast and snacks for going out on the boat. They have everything I need and I can pull into the gas pumps with ease with my boat in tow. The morning Staff is very friendly, place is clean but I feel like it needs more lighting inside. Overall this is a great place to go for that early morning stop when restaurants and other places aren't open yet.

Bought a 2 liter and it expired over 4 months ago. Also the store has rats running around the back of it so I’m sure they’re inside too

Janelle. Night worker. 2am Thursday 2/9. Came for gas and a snack...and she unlocks the door and says "you have to hurry up I have food to cook".... WowAttitude from the start. Unbeknownst to us, she locked the door behind us, yes locking us in. After checking out, she kept saying "the door stays locked" whatever that means. My bf gets to the door and there is a key in it, confused as to why we were locked inside to begin with, he unlocks it to leave and then she said, "you can't come back here".... we are both bewildered and offended.She closed a 24hr store and rushed customers in a disrespectful way.. Trying is like we are inconveniencing her when we are part of her job! Very rudely, without our knowledge locks us inside and expects us to be okay with it, especially without telling us. Then proceeds to kicks us out after we let ourselves out. I'm sorry I don't want to be locked in her store, under her conditions!I understand she may have trouble at that location but that doesn't give her the right to treat customers so disrespectful and criminal.I'm a compassionate person. I really put myself in others shoes. But how she treated us from the start, is unacceptable.

None of the pumps were working. I have a stack of gas cards for ampm and had to go waaaaay out of my way to get gas. There were only 2 pumps that had any form of "Out of Order" signs displayed.
