I stopped by to fill up my car and at the same time have my favorite decaf coffee. Overall, the place looks bright and clean. The coffee machine was filled with beans, and there was a good selection of cream for the coffee. I was really pleased to see that there is a working restroom available for customers. The staff didn’t seem very friendly, but that didn’t affect the quality of service. Still, it left me with a slight negative impression.

Just bought some sausage, cheese, and egg breakfast sandwiches from here. Have been for a while now. But today there was cigarette smoke residue on the sandwiches themselves. I thought maybe the cashier just gone out smoking and touched my items, so i thought maybe that was the smell, but when I got home and took a bite of the sandwiche, the smell was definitely coming from the sandwiche. I'm not a health inspector but when handling food shouldn't your hands be clean and covered with gloves? This was kind of unsettling, 1. knowing that there potentially un sanitary practices while preparing the hot food and 2. Cigarette smoke residue on the consumable items themselves.

A few weeks ago, I was recently accused of stealing the little coffee creamers at the coffee bar by a manager. Keep in mind, I have been coming here almost every day for about 8 months, and most of the workers there can recognize me, yet this manager was accusing me of stealing. I tried explaining to her that I had forgotten my wallet, but she continued accusing me out loud in front of customers. Needless to say I was beyond embarassed, so I opted to just leave and not come back that day.Fast forward to today, and I see the same lady. As I'm checking out, I look at her and decide to confront her in front of her customers; just like she did to me. I started questioning why she accused me of stealing, and why it would even matter if I was taking those mini coffee creamers. I explained how I had just forgot my wallet, and how she embarassed me in front of strangersNow, instead of apologizing for accusing me, this woman decided to start yelling at me to not come back to the store. She was completely unable to hold accountability, apologize, and move on. Rather than admitting to her fault, she would rather scream at a customer to not come back. I've never seen such an egotistical attitude and complete lack of self-awareness.I called the store and asked who this lady was, apparently her name was Christen. I'm giving three stars because everyone else who works thete is awesome, but Christen needs to be better.
