I come here just for crushed ice for my wife and kids but they put a limit on how many cups of ice per person with absolutely no signage.
I had 4 ice cups brought to the front but didn't tell me anything about the limit until he charged me 2 cups for double the price. (Ice cups are $.60 but was charged $1.60)
Not sure if I'll be returning to this location. Feels like being scammed

I am a client of this place most of the time I prefer to purchase gas instead of anywhere else. I ask him that I need a job I have give her my number yesterday just I came to follow it up and get gas, he yelled on me when I said that I can work for the cash too . This is not a good behavior the time was at 9:00 am . If I were the owner I would not keep such guys

They are shut down at 520 in the afternoon or peak business hours. Countless customers have left. If i was the owner i would fire everyone. Just bad business.

This location should honestly be looked into, The “Manager” has no customer service skills at all I was in there one day when she publicly humiliated a customer in a wheelchair how disgusting I’ll say this she needs to be fired that was the first and last time I’ll ever go in there by the way her name is Qiana and I have shared this experience with others who have also been in there when she has been disrespectful to customers if you have this many people talking about her disrespectful behavior I would check into that as an owner of a store I would protect my business/investment seriously look at the disappointed customers who like myself have shared their experiences she needs to be let go expeditiously!!!!!

The worst business in Tacoma. Don’t believe the fake response that follows any of the complaints you see, if you call the number you are only calling BP corporate and they will not/cannot do anything for you. Avoid this location, whoever “independently” owns this location is a fraud!

Guess they aren’t 24 hrs? Night shift is usually always too busy chatting it up with friends (not coworkers) when they are open past midnight. they never update the working number than when it’s posted, it’s taken down right away.
