Salesman Stephen Liddy that works for Aramark is a scam salesman! He came in 6 times to my restaurant trying to sell me on product. Tried over charging me by 50 towels a week and when I eventually agreed to sign up I told him I was not interested in signing up location 1 ONLY location 2 which he agreed. I told him I would try location 2 out for a month and see how it is and if I like it I’ll sign up location 1. He showed up later that day with the contract and when I was signing I said it’s month to month right? He stated it’s a 3 year contract which was never told to me when I told him I was interested in trying it out for a month. The kicker is when I looked at the contract he put BOTH LOCATIONS in the contract! He tried scamming me into a 3 year contract at both locations knowing I was ABSOLUTELY not interested in signing up location 1. Stay away from these people!

Good culture (what Aramark needs)You'll have access to everything you'll need to get the job done right.Your boss trusts you to do the job you were recruited to do and doesn't put any pressure on you. The company prioritizes its customers and employees.Bad culture (Aramark is the definition of bad culture)The most crucial factor is numbers. Anything that exceeds the mark is a problem for them, regardless of why you surpassed the mark in the first place. At best, management is distant, and at worst, predatory. The emphasis is on making a lot of money this quarter rather than long-term investments. Not caring for drivers only $$$ and numbers. Hostile work environment.

Aramark is a terrible company!!! If there was ZERO stars I would pick that! Like negative stars is more reasonable for how terrible this company is. First, they try to lock you into contracts that are NOT in your best interest as a customer. If you try to get out of it (say the service isn't working out for your business anymore) then they threaten to sue you for breach of contract in the future earnings they claim they'll lose. We took over our business from the previous owner. On the bill were charges for a mop that the driver didn't even know where it was! He'd never even changed it out yet we're paying a fee every month to have it changed out. That's the kind of things they do. Also prices can increase and they will not call you beforehand. Suddenly you're just paying more and have zero input. And if you want to reduce service you can expect to go through a whole entire effort and stress to do that. The drivers themselves are decent people just doing their job, but the company policies are terrible and NOT IN YOUR BEST INTEREST! It's like being in prison going with Aramark.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Do not use this company! They are scamming, deceitful, liars and will say anything to keep and get your business. Forget about finding out real numbers or getting accounting requests fulfilled. Without going into the past year of "negotiations" and trying to figure out the CORRECT charges for our company's rug service in three different locations (all being invoiced incorrectly BTW), we are now riding out our contract so we can be done with them. Run, don't walk away from Aramark. You will save yourself and your company headache and $$ by doing so.

Buyer Beware!!!!! We too have had a horrible end to our business relationship with Aramark! Our prices went up fourfold over 8 years and it seems that almost every few months, something on our list of goods and services had a price increase. We also were told the price increases were because our contract had expired, and nothing is ever done in writing in advance. It just magically happens! Horrible!. I think they'll tell you anything you want to hear, just hoping that you'll forget about it and continue to pay the hefty increases. When you want to make a change to your service, it seems like it never happens. The bills just go up and up and up. You'd think a large corporation would have higher standards than this, but it's apparent they lock you in for very low initial rates and then BAM!!! After the first three year contract is up, get ready, you'll be hit big time. And you'll be stuck for three years, possibly for 6 years if you don't give them proper notice in writing to the correct address via certified mail with return receipt. You can call, email, discuss face to face, but technically, they'll not do anything unless you follow the specifics of the contract. Very unethical way to do business. We have now contacted our law firm to have them deal with this matter. We have been advised by Aramark that we owe them $40,000 to get out of the contract, and even though we have told them we won't accept any new deliveries, they continue to invoice us anyway. Be very careful of doing business with this firm -- in my 40 years of experience with companies big and small, this outfit reeks of deception and a complete lack of integrity. Do yourself a favor and seek out other industrial launderers, preferably a local firm that will be responsive to your needs.

I work at an auto shop and we pay good money for their service and they short me on my uniforms every week! I have to work on dirty clothes. Also the clothes they do get to me are wore out and tattered.

After quite a few years of having them provide entry carpet and shop towels we decided to move in a different direction. Mostly we can buy shop towels and throw them away for less then they are charging for the service and we can vacuum a single entry mat. We called to cancel the $120 monthly service and were told we could not as we were on contract. Evidently the contract signed in 2014 had an automatic provision to renew for a three year term if not cancelled 90 days prior to the conclusion of the contract. After 25 years of service plus purchasing of uniforms they want to charge us $460 to get out of a contract we never signed. I will pay out of this contract but they will never sell another uniform or anything else to our corporation. Just to review one carpet and cleaning of shop towels $120 a month. The major issue is the shop towels are of very poor quality, smell like solvent, and repel water. They have become useless to 75% of our process.

What a poor end to a business relationship! Â Our prices DOUBLED in one year (within a few cents for each item we use). Â When we spoke to Aramark, they said it was because our contract had expired (they hadn't alerted us that it had) and so we were no longer locked-in on price. Â
