It offers a massive selection of wood products at competitive prices, including hardwood and softwood lumber, sheet goods, and decorative surfaces. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great advice. However, it is primarily a wholesaler without a retail showroom, so it is not for the casual shopper. Customers should know what they need, as workers bring out stacks via forklift for selection.

I'm only a hobbyist woodworker, but from my perspective, AWI offers a massive selection of wood products at competitive prices. Every person I've met in the office or in the warehouse has been nothing but helpful and friendly.

It was just fine. Had a will call order and everything was good and everyone was polite and professional.
