Michael greeted me at the door and he was so nice and very knowledgeable about a piece of furniture that I was looking at and showed me all possible ways. It would fit in my home. He asked me questions about my home how it would look and if the chase lounge would be in the way of the kitchen, so he was really trying to be very Conscientious about however overlooking my house I really appreciate you, Michael, you are the best

Our sales rep, Chidi, was very enjoyable to work with in store & with the purchasing process. That’s where it ends.We picked out & purchased our items on Sat 03FEB2024. ASHLEY Furniture has our money, and we DO NOT HAVE our new furniture!!! We made the time in our personal schedules to pick up our items on Tuesday 06FEB, changing our work schedule even, only to receive a call the day before, notifying us our items were not available in the warehouse. A new availability date of the 17th was given. They called on the 15th to tell us items wouldn’t be available for p/u on the 20th ??? We were perplexed- the 20th??? We call them to ask when was the 20th decided? We’re not available, nor are we willing to miss anymore work. We ask for the “pick up” option to be changed to complimentary “delivery”. Customer Serv Rep, submits our requests & states Warehouse/delivery will give us a callback. Five days later, on the 20th, heading out for work, our phone rings. We are told our items are available for pick up. We do not accept this. We review all of our delays/frustrations up to this point with this delivery rep. Rep says it looks like complimentary delivery can happen if we are available on the 23rd. We told them we had a very small window of availability for Friday. A few hours later another Delivery Rep calls to confirm acceptance of a Friday pick up !?! We said No! It’s a Delivery! We go through the time constraint issue with this rep & it is decided the date will have to be changed AGAIN! No more days in February work for either party involved, so Saturday 02MAR2024 is set. We get the “day before confirmation” call with a delivery time announced. GUESS WHAT?!? The morning of the delivery a call comes from ASHLEY, either our items have been damaged, OR they’re not available in the warehouse, the message states!Here it is a month later, ASHLEY Furniture STILL has our money and we the customer have nothing! The message states we can call them back if we want…

Was a decent experience. Mike was an informative sales guy. However, I felt a little disappointed he didn’t want to shoe me upstairs himself when there’s also an elevator, and he was not willing to give me help when it came to negotiating the price a little bit. Like literally $100. I ended up finding a booth furniture sets for my kitchen and living room at Mor Furniture for less AND was able to pick out up the same day

WANNA GIVE AN UPDATED: emailed back to that comment on this and they mailed parts to my old address and I tried to tell them not there anymore so now the people live there has to send those parts back! Plus they still can’t do anything to help us with damage! This furniture isn’t worth its price if it broke before a year of even having it!!! Please if military it’s not a place to go to since we pcs without option and they can’t help us after we pcs and furniture broke so easy!! They were no help!If your military stay away from them!! We moved due to being military and they can’t fix my furniture cause we moved to a different duty station awhile back. It’s ridiculous. Go somewheres that works with military families with warranty for furniture cause they don’t!

Just in case you buy something on sale in Washington state where it rains, Ashley will not use cheap seran wrap to protect your furniture from the elements. They literally thought I was going to pick up my furniture in the rain with nothing covering it! I returned the couch and went to Mor and they actually wrapped my couch!Never coming back to cheap Ashley furniture!

I bought bedroom set 2yrs ago from this location and $200 paid extra for furniture protection. I bought center table set too . By the time when we were there to buy they promised something else about furniture insurance and insisted us to buy but now I see problem with night stands and dressing table top wood started peeling off itself and I noticed headboard and footboard wood also cracking itself then I approached to insurance send them pics and explained everything it’s first time I was calling for furniture insurance and then they replied me back that your claim not approved it’s just wear and tear . You can fix this out of your pocket . Why I paid $200 extra then ? Please guys don’t buy furniture from them specially furniture protection they lied to you when you buy furniture and once you bought they don’t care . I want my money back or fix the problem.
