I wasn't to excited about starting pt but my therapist is so amazing ! I feel so comfortable working with her. She patient and very attentive to my needs and concerns. I highly recommend going here for your physical therapy needs .

This is my first time in physical therapy and it is going above the expectations I had for it. The therapists at this office create a curated program specifically for my needs, coach me through it and give great pointers to ensure I am working on the needed muscle group. I would highly recommend.

Very patient and compassionate when they need to repeat instructions or demo something again. Supportive and making sure when my visits end I know how to safely continue at home. Focused on overall health not just a body part.

The staff every one of them I've met are good at their job they're wonderful they have good attitudes and I would not go back to any other physical therapy place other than this

This place is great! I feel listened to and understood by my therapist in a way that honors my body where it’s at and where it needs to be. Also the staff all seem to legitimately enjoy their jobs and working with their clients and each other so the overall vibe is really positive. 10/10 recommend.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The team was professional and kind.My therapist is wonderful, understands my physical condition and is doing a great job communicating what and why we are doing the exercises he wants me to do.Highly recommend this group for quality physical therapy.

I have a serious neck problem. I showed up 10 minutes early and they saw me 10 minutes late. No big deal. Then I spent 40 minutes feeding their data farm. I was told there was traction for my neck and i never received any traction. No big deal. They showed me how I could take a pillow case and do neck bends. Not much of an exercise and it made my neck even worse. I don't think the therapist paid attention to anything I told her. I notified my Neurologist and the therapist the exercises caused my neck to hurt and lose what little mobility I had. I will never go back. They seemed more interested in my personal details than my injury. 40 minutes cost $482.68 and I was told to use a pillow case to treat my injury. This place is a racket. Their interests are selfish. I don't think anyone was over the age of 30. Don't go here ever. It's an insurance racket and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Rachel has been a wonderful PT so far. I have only been 4 times but I have seen progress in my hip mobility. I would highly recommend ATI for your rehab needs.

Best PT experience I have ever had! I worked with Lindsay and Chey for several weeks and they were the most supportive, intelligent, and kind people! I've been going to PTs for years but Lindsay and Chey have raised the bar for what I should expect from a PT. They addressed not only my injury but the 2nd/3rd order effects from my injury. I always felt so welcomed in the office and the front desk worked with my complicated insurance. I worked primarily with Lindsay and her care literally changed my life (physically, mentally, everything!!). Whatever these women are making, it isn't enough-- give them a raise!!

Friendly and helpful! Realistic treatment plans and don't push past what you can do. Easy and convenient place to help with getting body/injury back on track.

saw the pelvic floor specialist and loved her. She is new to ATI. Unfortunately, after my first visit my insurance said they couldn’t verify if I was covered unless they were given specific treatment codes by ATI. ATI wasn’t willing to take 5 minutes to run a handful of potential treatment codes by insurance meaning that I wouldn’t find out if I owed $1000’s (meaning not covered) until after I completed treatment….which is such a bummer because this place came highly recommended by a local L&D nurse. I’d love to see the PT I saw again, but I can’t because the practice won’t run their codes to see if I am covered. I just wish they’d be more willing to go the “extra”mile and help.

Very welcoming, attentive, friendly and professional atmosphere. It's extremely clean and well maintained.My past physical therapy experiences elsewhere, I was put through a regimen and not listened to nor able to give feedback, here at ATI it's totally the opposite, I'm constantly asked for my input, if I'm okay, what exactly hurts or feels better, much more personable and polite, I actually enjoy going ro pt.
