I was absolutely shocked by the terrible “customer service” I received at their loading dock. Angry, hostile, and cussing workers at their dock. What an awful experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager of the loading truck was extremely rude and aggressive. Kept arguing with my mom about her polite requests to move certain things first.
