Went in twice in the last two days, once to look at a phone and the next day to get the phone. Neither time was I greeted or otherwise acknowledged. I ended up having to go and flag someone down to be checked in and then waited another 45 minutes to be seen by an associate. When I went to actually get the phone and told the worker what color I wanted he said “I’ve never even seen that one” and then told me they had very low stock and weren’t sure what they had. With their lack of knowledge and absolutely no customer service I was done and just left the store. Would recommend going to a different location.

Not only1 but 2 of workers they were both so helpful. Myself being Elder nit understanding all technology of how everything works..they showed & fixed apps DIDNT need.THEY WERE GREAT!!!
I noticed other workers were very friendly to there customers.

They told me my phone was worth 1000 trade in and I had a month to return. When I returned the phone 2 weeks later they said it was 800. Just complete BS! The 3 stars are because the guy helping the first visit made it easy.

When my husband and I entered the store there were a few people inside that were being helped. Took 20 minutes but we were in no rush so that didn’t matter. I forgot what the black dudes name was but he helped my husband on how trading works and other options he can do. He handed us over to Andrew and he was very helpful! Very cheerful guy and has a sense of humor. Overall, that store has a great customer service! :)

AJ was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable and even though I was not buying anything, he still took his time and sat with me to figure out my phone and getting everything setup correctly. This was the best experience I have ever had at an At&T store. I highly recommend AJ and this location.

Great staff. AT&T really makes you jump through hoops, and they have some Olympic-level hoop jumpers running this joint. I started up a new account and upgraded at the same time I transferred my number from another AT&T account - which is apparently frowned upon - and it flagged for fraud. Three days of calls and texts to the corporate hotline, that might as well be Fort Knox in this scenario, to no avail. The manager gave me a complimentary temporary number while I waited for the fraud hold to clear, which was less than ideal but definitely making lemonade out of what we were dealt. My sales associate, Kiana, was relentless in terms of trying to get me what I needed to get the phone up and running, even extended her direct number to me to alleviate unnecessary trips. This afternoon after the hold cleared, Garrett made short work of getting everything up and running and answering all of my questions as our rep was off. Great personnel. Kiana was the only reason my partner and I did not get up and dip to T-Mobile or Verizon. 10/10.

I visited the AT&T store with my boyfriend looking to be added onto his US plan. I was able to be added onto his policy, with my Canadian cellphone plan efficiently and it was a cheap addition. Thank you for your help and great service!

Although I had originally purchased my phone at a different location I came into this location for help with transferring iPhone data to Samsung S24 Ultra as I failed doing so fully on my own. Paul and Diana were very diligent and attentive with their approach to this matter. At the end of my visit we succeeded with the transfer of all the necessary data! Thank you Paul and Diana for all your efforts!
