I hate to give you my recommendation because that just makes Brandon at Auto Correct that much busier, but fair price, excellent communication, military discount, always delivers what he says he will deliver, and ON TIME!! We've taken Chevy express van, 4 Volvos, a couple of Toyotas, and will keep using him for ALL of our auto needs - great and small repairs - he's the guy!!!

I met the owner Brandon outside of his shop and right away I could tell he knew his stuff, I recently purchased a truck that needed work done on it. Without hesitation I took it to AutoCorrect, they fixed the problem and got me back on the road in the same day! If you’re looking for an honest mechanic and a great shop go see Brandon and his crew! DON’T GO HERE. I got my ABS module replaced by this shop in March, which was a whole other ordeal. Last week, I started having problems with my brakes, and when I took it to Les Schwab, they told me it was a computer problem. Since I got the module installed at Auto Correct, I brought it back yesterday to see if there was a problem with the installation. When I dropped it off, Brandon, who worked on my car both times, seemed weirdly defensive when I told him and Toni the problem, and immediately said something along the lines of “I’m sure nothing is wrong with what we did, but we’ll take a look and see.” That’s the vibe I got, and I was confused. Today, Brandon called and told me there were codes coming in from the module, and told me what they were, but didn’t tell me what they meant and where they said the problem was. When I asked him for clarification about what they meant, he just said they were different from the ones they had last time. I said “yes, sir, because the problem is different this time. This problem arose after installation, so I wanted to see if the problem was with the installation.” He started laughing, and said “I’m not playing that game.” I said “I’m sorry sir, what game?” And he yelled at me, saying “there was nothing wrong with my installation! Have your dad call me or come get this car.” (I am a woman, and he’s referring to my grandfather, who he would actually talk to directly back in March, and only give him honest answers about the repair and time expected, but even then he wouldn’t be forthcoming or follow up when delays occurred.) I said “Sir, I never said there was a problem with your installation, I wanted to know IF there was a problem with the installation, which is why I brought it back to you.” He shouted “Yes you did!” and laughed again. Then he said “I’m done - have your dad call me or come get this car,” and hung up on me. Not only has he been EXTREMELY unprofessional, he was downright childish and seems to be incredibly misogynistic. I don’t trust them to do honest work for an honest price, and they seem to be incapable of considering any mistakes they may have made. Please don’t come here if you don’t have to.

Treat people extremely poorly, are unprofessional, and are unknowledgeable about vehicle repairs. My car has been at the shop three days and not even a diagnosis has been offered, the man has no clue what’s wrong and instead of taking accountability for his ignorance, his approach was , “if you take this any other shop their not going to be able to figure it out any differently than I have, and if you take it to a dealer their going to take 3 weeks to get it back to you” then proceeded to get defensive and talk down to me, then escalated to yelling at me over the phone because I asked him to stop being so rude to me. I have a recorded phone call of the entire incident that displays the outburst, unprovoked unprofessionalism, and the belittling.
He told me he doesn’t know what’s wrong with the car, there’s codes popping up and he’s not sure what they mean, when I asked him if he’s unable to fix the car since he doesn’t know what wrong with it, he became completely unhinged and defensive, and borderline political screaming “this is ‘____’ state” over and over again and to come get my car. Brandon, the owner is a friend of mine. We met at an establishment that I consulted for. Brandon pitched his work to me that night and I took him up on it. He's worked on my custom VW Jetta and my classic 70 Chevelle and done a bit of everything on these vehicles. The service and workmanship are second to none and the price was fair as well. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics to work on your cars, go no further than Brandon @ Auto Correct to be treated like family.

I had a buyers inspection performed and it went great! My daughter was with me and she was given a toy and candy! A Disney movie was also played which my daughter enjoyed. The inspection went as expected. What was performed was explained and how the car was operating. This inspection really put my mind at ease.

They were very thorough with my quote abd fair pricing comoared to others. My car has not had any issues mow. I had to have transmission, brakes and a whole safety inspection done cause it wasn't running efficiently. Love their service!!!

Had over heating issues with my car, Brandon and his team quickly diagnosed the problem, provided an accurate estimate, and fixed the issue. That was 6 months ago and I haven't had any problems. Auto Correct stands behind their work!

We love Auto correct. Service is always above and beyond. We had a problem with a dealership "fix" that was causing issues. We thought it was a different issue but Brandon went above and beyond to try and figure out the real problem. Our Expedition is running better than ever now. We will always trust Auto correct with our vehicles.

10/10, they helped us out with removing a stubborn pinch bolt from my 02 Audi, they spent almost 2 hrs helping us remove that, it was greatly appreciated ! Good people working here. Thank you !!!
