Not to impressed with online ordering at this store, i ordered the parts early morning before they opened , at 2:00 in the afternoon I still haven’t gotten a confirmation of if they were ready to pick up , so I called was put on hold three times so after the third time, I decided to go to the store surprisingly it was empty. I pulled in the parking lot. Wow I was not impressed at all. It looked worse than the garbage dump trash all over the place , So I asked a gentleman at the counter if this order was ready, he looked on the computer went and got the order right at That time my phone indicated that The order was ready , order in at this store was a joke from now on I’ll go to the one on Pacific. They seem to be more professional.

Stopped in to get a replacement headlight for my Kia and was greeted by J.C., he was very nice and polite. He went out of his way to help me and even replaced the light for me. He’s a keeper, thank you.

Had a great experience today. I needed some windshield wipers and was having a hard time finding which sizes I needed. Keshawn helped me find the right ones and even installed them and showed me how so I can do it next time. It was so fast and easy. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Employee extremely helpfu, friendly, and very throughout. Aggie made sure to check for what I needed and helped with installation with car parts and double checked to make sure everything installed properly. Outstanding service!
