I just called and spoke to a very rude person who presented herself as the head boss when I asked to speak to a gentleman who is over several stores. She said she is the manager but learned that she's only the "closing" manager. She interrupted me several times; hung up while I had the other store on the line that was trying to help me. She was rude and very unprofessional. She told me she had nothing on hold for me or for pick up when in fact I did because I paid $119 cash. I heard nightmares about this store even from other AutoZone staff from different stores. If she's a member of management, that needs to re-evaluatd & she needs customer service training and needs to be a lot more polished.

Went in for front breaks and rotors got them threw terisa and Jason love all the employees down there they are all friendly and so helpful is my go 2 place won't go anywhere different

Been an AZ customer for years, but that may change. Was told originally, they don't price match at all, possibly a new employee. Then a parts sales manager tried to help, showed them the price from O'Reilly's ( I prefer AZ parts), manager asked if O'Reilly's is their competitor......Was then told I would have to have the item information printed out to show that it's not an online only sale or item.....which the website clearly stated that it wasn't.

Really rude customer service. I’m an ex assistant store manager so I know how the computer system works and the female manager here straight lied to me about how they look things up either because she didn’t know how or because she was too lazy to do it. I feel like they need some more training here.
