Worst customer service ever. Always low on staff unprofessional. The worst auto place ever. Josh as well as other employees are rude and don't seem like they want to work

Husband put a part order in for his power steering. They told him it would arrive in less than a week. 3 weeks later no part. Made a few calls. They told him they don't know what happened but it's on its way. Another week goes by he calls again, same story. Finally gets an email last Friday saying the part will be in store today. He goes in. No part! Guy at the counter says he doesn't know what happened and my husband showed him the email. Gets the run around. Finally tells the autozone employee he wants a refund and after some back and forth they finally set it up. Says it will take 7 business days to get the money back. Very disappointing shame on you autozone!

Do not shop or buy here! The young lady doesn’t even know how to change a battery! She put my car battery in wrong and it messed up my car programming system and locked my steering! She didn’t even take accountability for her action, the store manager doesn’t even have any compassion for the error that his employee did! Mind you they had to call another person to fix her mistakes!! Terrible customer service, I will never come back here ever again!! Definitely will be reporting this company and the employees

Just because y’all wanna be lazy doesn’t mean you get to lie to customers and tell them that there’s only 2 employees working so you can’t do a CEL scan because you’ll get wrote up for it, I was literally a gray shirt at 3 diff stores that has never been a policy
There’s 2 people on shift for that reason, so 1 is available to go out for those services
It wasn’t even dark out
Still hours away from sun down
You just wanted to be lazy af and not do your job
Will not deal with that kid again period

Well I can’t give them 5 stars because I had to visit 2 stores today. Talked to a girl on the phone about a part and was told they had it, so I drove my poor running vehicle over there to pick it up, only to be told they didn’t have it at that store. That was the Pacific Avenue and 112th st store. A bit frustrating.However, after I was told they didn’t have it, I called the store on Bridgeport drive in Lakewood and the representative was very nice and didn’t have a problem whatsoever with physically going to check the shelf to make sure the part was actually in store even though it was about 20 minutes til closing time , and he even held it for me at the cash register so it was quick and easy for me to pick up.112th street store would get 2 stars today and Bridgeport would get 5 stars.

MELISSA is a SUPERSTAR. She was EXTREMELY helpful gathering everything I needed, and triple checking everything I needed before I left. She demonstrated a level of knowledge I wished every member of the store had.The lady is incredible, best customer service I've ever had there. Round of applause for Melissa. Thank you again!!!
