Review #1 Joyce is awesome!! Thank you again.Review #2 We were given a car filled with smoke - likely from a previous renter. Unfortunately by the time we realized it, we were already all packed up and on our way to our 4-day road trip with our 15 month old. When I mentioned the smoke while returning the car, the staff casually downplayed it and told us to just request a non-smoking car next time (aren’t all Avis cars supposed to be non smoking???)As an Avis preferred member, I’ve been a longtime Avis fan (especially this location) but this experience has forever convinced me to go elsewhere.

Got an EV Subaru. Drove very well. Lots of power. Limited as to har far you can drive before charging. The clerk at the time of rental didn't tell me that there was a charger in the trunk. Hence, I spent $50 in charging that I didn't need to pay for. That is my only gripe.

the only one opens on Sunday. Though waiting line is long, I still give them 5 stars as the ladies there tried her best to manage all tasks from communicating with customers, check in, driving car out of the garage, vacuum cars, and check out.Be sure don't book within 24 hours as you will be in the waitlist, and come early to prepare for the wait.Then I am happy with the service, the car, and the price.

*I have never been inside this branch*I've called the customer service number 3 times. I've waiting on hold for an hour collectively. Only to receive no help and still waiting on a refund of 500+ $$ avis is a scam do no use

The lady works over is really really really bad.She doesn’t have any experience about rental car business.Not only she lies ,also she put me on hold 3 times while we really need a help to swap our car so that way we can travel back to Portland.I highly recommend you guys not to go here.She’s kind a black /brown (half/half) lady about 35-42 years old.She doesn’t have a character and moral value to be a customer service.She’s bad and dangerous .Don’t go over here ,she’s our hope since she’s 3 minute away but unfortunately it’s not.

This place is a joke.. had to listen to the employees screaming child for 30 minutes to tell them they didn’t have the car I reserved. Wasted my time and potential opportunity to rent elsewhere.

Avis/Budget rental location. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They steal. Rented a car for a week while my truck was in the shop. Only needed to rent for a couple of days so I returned the car several days early. Had to pre-pey for the vehicle, then they wouldn't refund the pre-pay. "Paid for five days, only needed two? Sorry chump, you paid for five and that's it. No refund for you" Well then fine, give me back the keys for the remaining day that I've paid for. "Sorry, you returned the car, no keys for you." Called corporate and the monkey there acted like he was doing me a HUGE favor refunding the unusued portion of my rental. This company sucks pond water. DO NOT USE!!!

Absolutely horrible level of customer service at this location. Would recommend renting from a different company altogether. Avis should close this location or fire the current employees.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and NEVER rent with this company. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my whole entire life with any company I have EVER dealt with. I was charged almost $3,000 for my rental. I don’t even know how I am going to eat for the next 3 weeks and I am in total distress. Do not bother calling in store because your call will not be picked up. I am in utter disbelief and am reporting them to the BBB. Save yourself and rent with enterprise or a company that operated like a professional business.

Horrible, felicia the agent for the location gives out cars free of charge when she does her side businesses.Also she’s mad at me because I don’t want to be with her, so she posts a picture of me and her on social media and friend requests people she thinks is my family ?♂️Then she wants to play the race card when nothing goes her way and starts to call everyone racist when it’s actually her who starts being racists towards other ethnicities.
