The driver from B line tossed parts from other car in mine in process gouged trim panels, front pass seat and scuffed leather seats. Even though car was a total loss the insurance dinged us for value on settlement. I will never use this company again.Service: Car towing

I broke down in the middle of 4 lanes of traffic cars buzzing by at 60 miles an hour on both sides sides. I called The plan I was enrolled with and they told me it would be Forever because that's how I felt when they said 90 minutes to 2 hours. I'm obviously going to quit this plan. A while back my wife broke down and it took an hour and a 1/2 for them to tow her.I'm quitting Good Sam. So I asked my phone for the nearest tow truck companies. Then I looked at the map and I saw that B-line Towing was close . It was Sunday and I'm pretty sure I interrupted his dinner because hes a one man show . I told him of my precarious situation and he dropped everything and came and bailed me out. He was there so fast it was wonderful he did everything he said he was going to do. I had never asked him for a Cost because at this point I did not care .When my car got to the shop I asked him how much ? and he said $85. He was honest !!!! polite and his truck Is was well equipped for towing . My thanks to Fred.!! I highly recommend him. B-line Towing was Exceptional!! My husband had been waiting all afternoon for another tow company. They couldn't get a driver out to him so I decided to call B-Line as they were a recommendation from our Auto Shop. I called and was told the driver would be there in about 30 minutes and he arrived in 10 minutes! Awesome!! The driver, Fred, told my husband we were his 2nd call of the day. If we had called sooner he could have been here sooner. Fred told us we didn't need to follow him to the Auto Shop bcuz he knew where it was and knew where to leave my husband's van. We will definitely use them again and Highly Recommend them to anyone who needs a tow! Affordable Towing!

They must be making tons of money!!! Worse part is off the back of the unfortunate mostly. If you could not pay them it is $60 everyday. 2 weeks=$840, 30 days=$1,800 plus the $200 tow fee! Good luck if you don't have money folks!
