I went today to do wire transferWe need to be there different account tomorrow. She said be theretoday. Now the end the day and tomorrow is Saturday. No one answered. She was confused what she is doing.. now. Who covered this problem???????

Came in with my partner so they could open an account and the entire vibe was they wanted us out of there as quick ask possible. This was by far the absolute worst customer service we've ever received. We're going to bank with becu instead

Horrible customer service. Not willing to help with any account issues… they want you in and out. Ladies at the teller line just want to do the bare minimum of their job… quick to turn us away when we had specific account questions and then when we got frustrated enough and just wanted to close our accounts they said they have no bankers and they can’t do it, we would have to do it all online.What’s the point of having this location when all you want to do is provide ATM style service?

Every single time I've been here over the last 10+ years of service the tellers and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs have been met and more importantly, made sure I felt okay. Highly recommend trusting this bank.

I give zero stars. This is the second time in a row the drive thru was closed. So I have to get out of the car ,go in and find a long line with one damn teller working and the manager not doing anything at all! Zero customer service so zero stars. I deposit a rent check into the landlords account otherwise I would never go in there at all. Thank god it's not my bank! P.s. I have to click on at least one star in order to post!

I do a lot of my regular banking here. The tellers and personal bankers have always been very helpful and courteous, never too pushy yet informative. I coincidently don't come in during busy times and have never had issues with long wait times. I do wish they had a drive-up ATM for swift convenience. They also have a home loan associate on-site. This is extremely helpful if you want to talk to a live person for your home loan needs.

Not enough tellers. You get trapped in the one drive up lane because the second lane (exit) is blocked off. I associate the branch with long waits.
