We walked into the branch on 98/31 to open a college account for our daughter. Ann was able to squeeze us in for a 2:30 appointment. A checking account for my DD adult was compromised. It was complicated because it's a guardianship account. Ann Walker & Debra Edwards helped me through the technical process of establishing a new one & protecting my charge from any further use by the theives. They were patient, understanding & informative. I'll definitely keep banking with BOFA because of the professional way things were handled. Thank you Debra & Ann!

Deposited a check that was from a bank to not a person a bank and when I deposited it the slipped said 2 day hold I was good with that well I woke up the next morning to a email saying there's hold until June 1st I deposited the check may 22ndIf I knew they were going to put a 10 day hold on the check I would have taken it to the bank that sent me the check I went into the bank and tried to explain them that the bank that sent me the check told me ban of america had the money may 23rdSo they got the money and then put a 10 day hold on the depositThe next day what a joke and the bank said they can not remove the hold and I said how are you holding my money that you have receivedSo it is the main branch of bank of america that has a algorithm set in place to hold checks that are over $3,000 sorry not checks but hold deposits to short trade peoples money bank of america are crooks and my account is negative because they paid them selfs for monthly service fees I am closing my account as soon as I get my money it's cheaper to cash my checks at money tree

Let me tell you one word to describe this bank in Parkland Washington "horrible" they have no compassion customer service satisfaction!!!!! I couldn't give them any stars. But disappointed customer who well never come to this location!! Poor service.

6 windows available only 2 tellers ever in there. The one lady literally told me she was going to walk out while I was at the window. Would love for the branch manager or the person over Aziz to contact me DIRECTLY, this branch is a failure \u0026 employees are beyond rude

Megan Matthees…. Relationship officer… She helped beyond what I asked! Her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism helped my daughter with a level of protection for her accounts that also allows flexibility for her use. For legal and my daughter’s personal reasons, I can not go much more into the financial service she introduced us to, but I can say Megan was more than great help. I wish more businesses understood customer service as well as Megan.

-10 stars if I could!!!the absolute worst bank and branch ever. the people here are clowns that want nothing to do with helping you. this WOKE bank needs to close for good and save the retail the trip. i hope everyone at this branch is put out of work and starves. they don't deserve to have a job in retail.

I’ve been going here about eight years now and I’ve realize that the people that have been there for a very long time are very helpful understanding and there for you but the new in and out managers and new workers do not treat you with respect especially when you tell them something that you know for a fact about their job because other people have told you this makes them angry and very unhelpful just to have them find out that I was correct they turn around and apologize or not apologize at all And just look at me like whatever so this place is about 50-50 to me I like the tellers that have been there for years They are always kind helpful and very polite and I appreciate that especially when dealing with other people that won’t listen to me and make my day stressful when I’m just trying to cash my check and I’ve been with this bank for years.
