In one hand, it is a nice place for batteries, but in the other, do never take your phone to get fixed there. I brought my phone for a screen replacement, i was still able to make calls, read text and other stuff, but there was a color malfunction due to a crack on the screen. Longstory short, they broke the back, couldn't make the screen work,broke the screen more, refuse the insurance claim and said we cant fix it, next thing insurance said the claim was refused due to extra damage 🤯(caused by them)
It could have been just a free screen swap claim with insurance, but ended up being a deductible claim for a replacement device since the one with the cracked screen was too damaged now.

Jaime, the manager, is personable, upfront, and truly delivers on her promises. I had a few issues, and she stepped in right away to handle everything quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, you’ll be in good hands with her. She absolutely deserves her role as manager.

Drove all the way from north Seattle to get a screen replacement that should be covered by Tmobile. Dropped the phone off and get a call about 15 minutes later saying that the phone is completely broken and cannot be fixed in store. Next day I took the phone into genius bar at apple store and they quickly confirm that the phone is fine. Apparently they don't have a clue what to do for repairs. Complete waste of time.

I brought my tactical watch in here for the Battery to be replaced. She lost the screw so I paid the higher rate which was supposed to protect my watch I bring it back in and she let me know that just replacing the battery notifies the fact that it’s waterproof not that she lost the screw They refund the money for the battery. They do nothing about the policy I purchased. I don’t recommend getting your battery changed here or purchasing the higher policy This was a terrible experience…. I’m so glad I didn’t bring my more expensive watches in here

Outstanding cell phone repair and all the associates were very friendly and helpful.
I had to request repair on two separate occasions for two different phones. These people were on the ball, communicated effectively and performed perfect repairs. I am totally impressed and highly recommend this store.

They were able to recommend batteries to shove into every orifice in my body. The customer service here is so good I’m tingling! Or maybe that’s because of the 6-pack of AA batteries in my dook chute, idk.

The screens aren’t Apple products. Your phone will detect issues with it which is how I knew it was not authentic. Since I had my screen fixed the sensory has been off, my phone freezes and it will shut off sometimes randomly. I did not have this issue before.

I was referred here by my phone carrier for a screen repair. As it turned out, my insurance covered the repair at zero dollars if I took it in person. I was able to reserve my time slot online for next day and when I got there, the guy was ready for me. He estimated finish time to be an hour and when I returned, although it wasn't finished, it was because a staff member had to personally visit another location for the correct parts. Wow! Thank you! I was on my way to work and was a little concerned about being late. The employee promised to bring it out to my car (what?!) when it was finished. EXCELLENT customer service, friendly and seemed to really care about getting the job done well. I will be visiting them for batteries and services in the future! In fact, I'm digging up an old watch I had lost hope for but would love to get working. Thank you, Batteries Plus!
