Customer service ends when sale is made.Wife has driven Lexus for years and decided to try BMW. Everything went fine until AC went out in May. Had to get service manager involved to get car in shop to be repaired. Dropped off car got a loaner staff seemed as if I was annoying them. The girl that processed loaner/rental was looking at her phone on social media the entire time. Whatever, car repaired got it back. August comes and AC stops working again. Scheduling said nothing available for almost a month. We had road trip planned for following week. Needed this working. Asked for service manager instead got scheduling manager. He was not any help at all!!! Asked for service manager again and was told he would have to call me back. Never heard from him. Traded in BMW for a new Lexus, went on trip with AC, took a good hit on car but lesson learned. Just had Lexus serviced and it was flawless so I thought I would leave a review about BMW.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Kevin at BMW Northwest for his outstanding service. I purchased a used Jeep from the dealership a year ago, and although I encountered some issues with the vehicle, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was addressed. He worked closely with the mechanics and kept me updated throughout the process, which gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. The repairs were done smoothly, exactly as promised.
Fast forward a year, I ran into an issue with the LoJack system and reached out to Kevin again. Despite the complexity of the problem, he had it resolved in about a week, showing the same level of dedication and professionalism as before.
I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service Kevin and the entire BMW staff have provided. If I ever find myself in the market for another vehicle or know someone who is, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership. Thanks again, Kevin and the team, for your continued support!
