This dealership has horrible customer service. They installed PPF on my vehicle and it's the thinnest most worthless PPF I've had on any vehicle to date, they slouched on the install by leaving many air bubbles that to this day never went away. Tried calling them to get it reinstalled and the person Kevin who runs the shop never returns calls. When asking to speak with a manager was given the run around every time I called, I called multiple times over the course of 2 months. There is dirt under edging of the PPF, tiny rocks have ripped the surface to let dirt under it, it's awful and I've had PPF on all of my cars for years! This dealership wants to make their money of upgrades and accessories and give you horrible service after. If you buy anything here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get anything you want done elsewhere! PPF, tint, ceramic coating, anything extra. Save your money and go elsewhere to a specialized shop!

Dealerships don’t always have the best reputations, especially when purchasing a use vehicle. But the folks at BMW Northwest were all respectful, knowledgeable, and very responsive. You can tell that the owner is a true enthusiast who has set the tone for their business to reflect a passion for the marque. Everyone I dealt with from sales, finance, service, etc. were a pleasure to work with. I would go out of my way to shop for my next vehicle at BMW Northwest.

Adam took the time to understand my criteria and guided me to the perfect vehicle. Really enjoyed the process with folks from BMW Northwest. They respected my time and tried their best to make the whole experience as easy as possible.Online sales manager Jimmy provided information I requested via email and was able to secure an allocation for a custom order very fast. Majority of paperwork was handled online, before I got to the dealership. On the pick up day I was on my way home after less than an hour! Big thanks to Tony and Austin for helping with the pick up process as well.

Great service. We'll taken care of. Dave is exceptional. Does not oversell and offers what he can to lower cost. Love BMW NW, Fife. All in all if you have to have work done on your car it's a good experience. I really like having a video of the work being done as well as what he sees. All is transparent.

We went to look at a used vehicle today. I was in an accident last week and was in need of a new vehicle. The representative had great costumer service. He worked diligently to finish the deal and ensure our needs were meant while not pressuring us one way or the other. Will happily recommend him and the dealership to any friends who may be looking for a used car in the future. Was a very positive experience.

My daughter had a terrible experience. She's been to this dealership a couple of times and had a great advisor. The last time she went she ha a different advisor that checked her in took her vehicle back and then came and said they couldn't service her vehicle because she had a rebuilt title even though she's been going to this dealership since she bought her car. The service representative made her feel like she was a criminal and had a very nasty attitude and acted as if she wasn't going to bring her back her vehicle so she could leave when she asked her to. Last time I checked it wasn't a crime to have a rebuilt title for a car. This is a poor way to do business.

I have always had a great experience when working with this dealership and todays experience was exceptional. We didn’t intend to buy but we walked out with a smile and a new car for us. Came in for an oil change and it took so long that I had to come back there was an light error any they wanted $3 k almost. Nothing like my dealership experience in Socal.

Let me start with the positives first. The sales professional that I have spoken with on multiple occasions, Larry W. is awesome! I wish we could have purchased a vehicle from him but the stars did not align.Last month, my wife was actively seeking a replacement for the SUV we had recently sent to Texas for my daughter who is a student. I got the responsibility and pleasure to find cars that fit and arrange test drives.After a couple of test drives, we settled on an X3. We already had our own financing in place, so it really came down to price and terms. I noticed damage on the trim. I was advised that price A would be the cost if I fixed the damage, price B would be the cost if the dealership fixed the damage. Okay, noted. Next, the brilliant (sarcasm intentional) leadership at BMW Northwest decided for every BMW on their lot, New or Used, that they would add Lo Jack w/3 year program for $895.00. It's one thing to ask me do I want an accessory on a car I am buying, it is something totally different for you to tell me I have to have it. I am certain the cost to BMW wasn't $895.00. I wonder how they are claiming that profit on the books! #ShadyAnother practice you see common to dealerships is that darn Doc Fee. Why?! I have seen these fees fluctuate, at BMW Northwest it was $200. Then there was another arbitrary fee of $2.50 for Dealer Admin Fee. So all in, Lo Jack and fees we are at more than $1000. Don't forget about the privilege of being able to pay for damages already on the vehicle.As you can probably imagine, I did not care for all the dealership shenanigans. I did not appear that the organization empowers their salespeople to get deals done either.At the end of the day, we bought a beautiful Audi Q5 SUV from Audi Bellevue for about $6000 more than we were trying to spend. Thanks Saleem (sales associate) for your energy, product knowledge and transparency it was refreshing! Thanks to Audi Bellevue for your transparency and business practices. To the leadership at BMW Northwest...Do better!

Rich did a great job! He was quick in attending to our needs. We didn’t know the policy about reserving for a loaner ahead of time but he was able to maneuver so that we can be provided a car to do our routine responsibilities while our car was being worked on for several days. Check out was also efficient and thanks for the dark chocolate - added a little sweetness as we left the lot. Thank you all!

Amazing sales team! Trevor is awesome, honest and professional, helping make the car buying experience with BMW a truly stress-free, trustworthy and enjoyable one. Kenny is a pro when it came to the paperwork - no hidden surprises, and was transparent and thorough in making sure everything was clear and presented perfectly. I left the lot a satisfied and happy customer, treated like a VIP every step of the way. These guys make car sales a win-win for all involved, and I will definitely go to them first for my next vehicle purchase.

I highly recommend BMW Northwest my experienced with the dealership is above my expectations. Larry Williams the car salesman who helped me was very straight forward, he is very professional and his work ethics is phenomenal ,very optimistic as we walk through the process of buying the car that I want.
