When I had a water pipe burst in the sub freezing weather, Ben at Bob Larson Plumbing showed up within 24 hours. Pipe was repaired with a project to replace pipes to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Work just completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Had the most wonderful experience today with Chris Finch at Bob Larson Plumbing. He was able to fix 2 very annoying problems right away. Once that was done, we were able to go through the entire home to make sure that there weren't any major issues that needed immediate attention. He is such a genuine, friendly and knowledgeable young man. I now feel like I have someone I can trust and depend on for any future work that needs to be done. Thanks Chris.....

Very helpful professionals. Described options for the broken drain line and then implemented the fix. Ben and Justin were knowledgeable and helpful with all our plumbing questions. Old house so lots of questions. 30 year Tacoma residents and Bob Larson plumbing is the only plumbers we call. Ben also asked about military service and gave us discount. Thanks!

Exceptional service from start to finish! I was able to get an appointment next day to repair some bathroom/possible water heater issues. Nathan and Jakob came out to diagnose the issue. They were efficient, friendly, and full of knowledge. I had so many questions and they answered them all with patience. The repairs needed were explained in detail, prices/options were provided, and then they quickly got to work! I would highly recommend this company!

I called and less than a couple hours later my tub was fixed and everything draining. Such a relief after our home warranty company left the job undone. I highly recommend Bob Larson Plumbing - quick, efficient, and everything was clean/ put back in order.

Ben was great! He showed up for us on late emergency, gave me a reasonable quote and came back the next day and fixed our problem. He did exactly what he said he would and was even patient with our Grandson who desperately wanted to help. I would use Bob Larson again and more specifically Ben

I had a new sink installed and the experience was easy and stress free. I was I informed every step how the process would work. The gentleman that showed up was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very careful with the installation careful about NOT making a mess. He explained what he was doing and made sure I understood what was happening. I would recommend this company and Armando!

Our tankless water heater died!! We did some research and decided to work with Bob Larson Plumbing. Ben Chavarria came out and replaced our tankless system. He was excellent to work with. He arrived when he said he was going to and completed the work as discussed in advance. We are very happy with our new tankless heater and look forward to working with Bob Larson Plumbing in the future for our servicing needs!!
