My boyfriend and I took his phone in around 2pm today to start a new line that we received from a deceased family member. The parking lot is empty and no one is in the front however the Mexican girl that came out the back gave us attitude right away for no reason and wasn’t helpful at all. She was extremely dismissive with her tone and choice of words so we will go start our line somewhere else. You guys have no one in your store or parking lot and as your only customers you’re lazy and disrespectful. Do better boost mobile and try not to stereotype people who come into your store. There are good people in the world too.

It was easy to find -- lots of parking in a lot (not on street)
I went arrived in the morning as first opened, and I was helped right away.
The guy knew exactly how to solve my issue - and I was back out with a working phone very quickly

I had a great experience. Jose was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to you. They will always get my business because they are very sweet and understanding. I’ve been with Boost Mobile for eight years. They had the iPhone my daughter been looking for. Thank you for your customer service highly recommend people to go to this place.

Very professional. However, I would not recommend the Motorola Moto phones even though they are in the $125 range. Better buy the $8 coverage insurance, then make calls and FedEx it. The Samsung 15 works fine, for $250.

I love boost I have been a customer of there’s since they took over virgin mobile all together I have been with the same people and number for over 10yrs. I have absolutely no complaints at all I personally have never had problems with my internet or dropped calls or any other phone problems. The agents who I have spoken with always were very helpful and pleasant and if I not understanding what my up grade concsists of they are very paitieint with me. I can’t see my self with any other phone company I love me my boost
