I don't usually give 5 stars to a business because, as we all know, it's a lot to live up to. But, the professionalism and helpfulness of the sales person, mixed in with the friendly atmosphere of the store itself, says a lot about the quality and care of a company.

One of the salesman was a great help! I bought an unlocked Nokia from Best Buy and after a week of waiting for it to come in the mail, it would not activate on my phone plan (not Boost Mobile). I then spent another week trying to get my Nokia transferred to Boost Mobile and found that it was not compatible. The salesman who helped me told me to purchase a Boost Mobile advertised phone from Walmart and to bring it back to this store to be enroll into a government assisted phone plan. I returned the Nokia at Best Buy and bought a Boost Mobile phone from Walmart then returned to this store. I was setup with a sim, phone number, and connected to the government assisted phone plan within 30 minutes!

Can boost even keep there stores open? Closed when the hours say open. This isn't the first time either it's happened a few times. Drive here during business hours, and their closed.. How about hiring some employees to open the store when you advertise businesses hours being open?

The boost mobile on Pacific Avenue helped me get the best deal possible and the staff went out of there way to transfer me from my last carrier very fast. Great staff.

Been trying to reach the store for months but they never answered the phone there's a there's an automated message to call the 1866 number but I don't need to call the 186 because it's a number I need to talk to somebody at the store lazy lazy employees that don't want to do their job typical BS from a horrible carrier

Mario, now that was some refreshing customer service for once! Had to get a new phone due to the other one breaking on me unexpectedly! Mario came to the rescue and let us know that we had upgrades available! Which was awesome, and I was unaware of any upgrades! So yeah I was thrilled to learn of this! Mario has definitely given us faith again in Boost mobile! Because your call in customer service sucks! (Sorry just had to say it) But everybody that needs good customer service! Go see our friend Mario at this location! Thanks again Mario!

Called to see why my iPhone had water detected in lightning connector charging port the kid on the phone who answered was awesome gave me the best answers I could possibly get I can not remember his name but it was @7:35 on May 26th so if that was you I appreciate it and you should definitely get EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!! just in my opinion! Yeah this is the boost mobile store. Where I went to and the evening female employee. Lie to her boss about a purchase. I lost one of my phones and she gave me an upgrade on my other phone that I didn't ask for. Which she charge me $122 . Ok that's fine. But when I went back to the store she lie to her boss to cover up what was said. Then tell me she can only give back 87.99. I would never go to that store again . Because their employees don't know their job.
