Me and my lady went yesterday around 2:20-2:30 and the staff on site there are a dream, Lillian and taliha (I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong) were such sweet and amazing people, super super helpful and made getting my lady's first bear special.

Visited for my daughter’s 1st birthday. It was an amazing and fun experience. We got her 1st birthday bear and a few clothes for the bear. The lady that helped us was so sweet and helpful. She gave so much attention to my daughter. It was so sweet! Thank you so much! You’re amazing at your job. The lady gave my daughter a birthday crown and a sticker. It was so cool! We’re keeping them forever. We will definitely be back!

I had an absolutely PHENOMENAL experience today. Morgan and Emily helped us out and were incredibly kind, helpful, and made our little guy feel sooo special on his birthday. I cannot picture anyone more fit to have this job than them, they were truly so amazing. Morgan drew us a beautiful sticker and was super attentive, they are so talented. Emily was so great with the bear stuffing and the whole process made us feel so cared for. I’m so happy we got to experience this for our son's birthday. Thank you thank you!!

went in a couple of weeks ago and the entire staff was amazing. Unfortunately, our new bear suffered a vicious attack at the hands of our dogs losing an ear. Even without the missing pieces Lillian was a tremendous help and wonderful to work with. She repaired the bear like new and saved us many tears.

We took my granddaughter there to get her birthday bear. The staff were amazing and my favorite little person in the world was treated like the special princess she is. If you don't have a birthday bear tradition, Tacoma Mall build a bear has the right people waiting to help you begin.

I got pillow catted by the eevee plush but perfect 900/10 for the eevee plush (couldn't get the flareon one because its in the U.K. for some reason.)
