Sold my stolen vehicle at auction 2024 a report was filed with Seattle PD way back in 2022! I called burns towing and they said they run the cars through a theft database with police but after reading multiple reviews and finding out they have had multiple lawsuits for NOT sending notification to vehicle owners and selling stolen cars I don’t believe they actually did. Following up with Seattle PD this weekend as when I called my report was still open! Beware of this tow company.

My car broke down and I had no way to get it to my mechanic . With one call Burns Towing showed up quickly on a Sunday, & in about 5 mins he had my car loaded up safely and was shooting out of the parking lot like he was on fire (safely of course but quick) then delivered it to my mechanic. Not a scratch, ding or anything, perfectly delivered with no issues. Highly recommend their friendly, professional and safe towing services!

Colleen at Burns Towing in Tacoma is absolutely awesome! She's a problem solver when my car had issues, a hard worker and just so very kind! I highly recommend her and this business.

Catreona I think this is the person's name I got a tow a few weeks ago amd found the card she left me evem though i had to pay 1013.00 to them and a wait a rediculous amount of time to het car towed to house she was excellent and I hope the standard at burns is based on how she performs daily because it's incredible and just a few things she said to me about my vehicle put me in great spirits and im veru thankful of that I wish I could give 20stars

Literally STOLE my vehicle and then threatened me with fees if i didnt sign it over. No one called it in. I'M CLEARLY BROKE, IM DRIVING A MOPED. I hope you theives loose your buisness. Have a very unpleasant life.
