We’ve been coming here for years. We love Dr. Jeremiah, she is a treasure. I can tell she really cares for my animals. She shares so much knowledge and practical advice to give my pets the best care. Techs and front staff are amazing as well. And what a beautiful new location!!

I couldn’t have chose a better place to take my fur baby. I’m not from the area, so did not have a vet to take my dog when he went downhill and started having seizures. Im very particular about vets, wanting them to show compassion for my baby more than I do, and Dr. Krueger and her staff did more than that. They were EXTREMELY caring to Jake and my family. It was such a hard day for me, but they went above and beyond to help me through it. After saying goodbye to my baby, they cremated him, made a BEAUTIFUL box for him with his name on it, and also sent me paw prints in the mail. I would recommend this place over and over to anyone needing to find a vet.

My parents went to Button Veterinary Hospital for many years with their dogs. When I moved back to Washington I needed care for my cats. They are caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Jensen is amazing with my cats. I will not go anywhere else.

I love that staff at this clinic. They are always very kind and compassionate. They connect with your pets and with you in way that makes you feel welcomed and cared for. Kellie took care of me and my pet. Her care and compassion for my pets needs was above and beyond. I cannot thank her enough.

Dr Jeremiah is my far the best vet I've ever had. I have two Persian kitties and have struggled to find a doctor that truly knows how to take care of them. I know they are safe in her hands and I feel so lucky to have found her! What's even greater is that that all of the supporting staff and techs are amazing as well. Plus the office is cute, clean and relaxed. Highly recommend!

I thought my last vet was good, turns out they're mediocre.
The doctor here really went out of her way to make sure not only that my fur-baby would get relief, ?
but that the medication wouldn't affect him long-term.
15/10, would definitely recommend. ?

Great vets! If you need medicine for your fur baby, expect to pay 2.5 to 3 times more than what the meds actually cost, ask for a prescription.

See below: problem was solved
Please review the paperwork before paying the bill and leaving.
When I made the appointment I was offered an "urgent care" appointment for the same day. I was told that a deposit of $120 was required.
I declined this and was specific about the fact that this was not an emergency and that I wanted a regular first availability appointment. I was given a appointment for the following Thursday.
After the doctor saw my cat I was presented with a paper bill for service.
I paid the bill without really looking at it closely.
When I got home I see that I was charged the $120 for urgent care anyway.
My mistake for being careless.
Update: button practice manager called and fixed the error. All is well and my cat was cared for beautifully.

This is an excellent place to take your pets for care! I recently moved to Tacoma and I am so happy I found Button Vet! Every interaction I have had with the team at Button Vet has been 10/10 amazing. Their front desk staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The vet tech who saw my cat and I was also equally helpful, friendly, and clearly loves pets. My cat Malory was seen by Dr Jeremiah who really took the time to answer all the questions I had and while also calming my cat down. Dr Jeremiah took a personalized approach to Malory's care. I can really tell the staff at Button Veterinary care about and love their clients and I highly recommend them if you are in need of a vet for your furry friends!

We moved to Tacoma a few years ago and they were the only vets post covid who would take new patients. They have been truly great for my elder dog who has been through a broken leg surgery, a stroke and just this weekend a massive eye and throat infection. They got us in and took amazing care of my dog at the last minute. Truly a caring veterinarian. My only gripe is how long medicine refills take. Beyond that tho, A+. 5 Star.

I had the worst vet experience I’ve ever had in my life here. I’ve taken my other dogs here before and had a wonderful experience, but I took my dog Sandy here for her yearly check up and to ask a few questions about her health. The Vet we got was not there for my dog at all, she took a comb to her real quick covered it up and said “ ooo look two fleas”. then asked for her to comb for more cause I know when my dog would have fleas, did a full body comb through and didn’t find a single one. Then tried to get me to put her on flea medication, FOR THE FLEAS SHE DIDNT HAVE. Asked her to look at her tail because she’s been agitated with it lately and to see if she could look at her ears. All she did was lift one ear up not even look inside it or anything and didn’t even bother looking at the tail. The vet ASSISTANT that was with her that day should be the actual vet there she was pleasant and very nice with my dog.
