I work full time and my time not in meetings is slim along doing my husband's business stuff in my breaks and lunch. Amber made it so easy to get things started thru text as I can't spend alot of time on the phone, then she followed up with a couple phones calls and it was perfect! Highly recommend Calen Nelson-State Farm

We just switched to Calen Nelsen State Farm Insurance for our home, autos, RV and boat. Randy was excellent on follow up and dealing with our timing needs for switch, as we'd been with prior company for many years. Best of all, we got better coverage, better customer service for 1/3 less in premium! It's worth your time to look into switching, and Randy or Calen will take care of you!!

Amber was so helpful in figuring out what life insurance was right for me and my family. I saved a lot with the drive save and save program and ended up switching my car insurance over as well. Planning on converting to a whole life next year. All in all a super friendly agency with wonderful customer service.

We purchased auto insurance from Calen Nelson, a State Farm Insurance Agent in Tacoma, in June 2024. TODAY!!! TODAY!!! TODAY!!! We finally received the insurance card which STATE LAW requires be kept inside each insured car. Why did it take so long to get these vital cards? Because the Calen Nelson Agency is run by incompetent and totally disinterested people who have no respect for their clients. I BEGGED them for weeks to have State Farm HQ send me all the documents I am required. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM STATE FARM. We thought Calen Nelson had pocketed our premium and that we did not actually have auto insurance with State Farm. So, why did we finally get documents from State Farm HQ? Because we transferred from this workless agent to an insurance agent who are ethical. Diane L. Gruber, Oysterville, WA

He does not communicate and does not care about his clients. I have been a State Farm Customer for 27+ years and this office has had a few owners. Since Calen Nelson took over it has gone bad. Do not do business with them. I am taking my business elsewhere. You deserve better. There is no accountability or willingness to take care of loyal customers.

I had the pleasure of working with Randy at State Farm and would highly recommend him as an agent! I was impressed with his knowledge of the company and all the coverages that that they offer. His attention to detail was unmatched and he made sure to tailor my policy to fit my budget.
Overall, I’m impressed with his ability to set up of my policy quickly and efficiently. As a first time homeowner, I wanted to ensure that my home was adequately covered and that I was comfortable with the decisions that I was making. I’m happy I went with State Farm and thrilled that I found such a genuine and supportive agent.
