I was sold a car that had brake failure within 4 months from this dealership. I also was denied a loan modification for my loans after this terrible accident. & this car was totally devalued. I am unhappy. I tried to trade in my car because I can not afford this after what has happened & the Kia dealer was not understanding to the situation at all there is no way a car’s brakes can fail after 4 months it is not possible. That is manufacturing defects. I have been struggling with my situation I ask them to lower my payment. & they ask me to pay a higher payment with a more expensive car. I think this is very awful .my family was hurt in this accident and to deny a loan modification or a lower payment . Is absolutely disgusting. Considering that car’s brakes can not be normal wear after 4 months.I got 2 different cars at times of purchase I requested a loan modification due to severe damage of nature of issues here and I was offered a high payment on a car . When they were ones who sent a car out with brake issues it is there job to check brakes before leaving lots .

I have never been treated, greeted and taken care of sooo professionally and genuinely. I would recommend tod the gm and Tom and Royce and sierra they're the best and will literally do what ever it takes to get you into a good car. If you or you know anyone looking for a car or just not sure ... please please please go see them. I have never been around such solid and kind hearted people that will treat you with respect and kindness throughout the whole process and not only did I get a nice car I'm able to go to the kia dealership for ever for service and questions and trade in. I'm happy with this company and I highly recommend that you or anyone you know stop in.

They pulled the ol high trade in quote to get you in the door, then offer way less once you get there game. Very deceitful liars. Do not recommend. Waste of time.

I purchased a new Kia Telluride in December 2022. Pressure cooker of a sales department. Pay $55k plus for a vehicle only to get poor service. It takes 6-8 weeks to get in for oil change, tire rotation and recall. This has been ongoing. Last time I brought my vehicle in they said they rotated tires. They didn't. I marked them before bringing in. I brought to attention of Chad service manager. He apologized and here I am about 2 months later getting it done because they were booked. The garages where the repairs and oil changes are subpar. Parking lot crammed and dangerous. Piss poor service. Don't buy or get your vehicle serviced here!

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2022 Kia EV6 from Carpros Kia Tacoma in September of 2023. A few days after the transaction I found some damage to the right front fender liner and lower bumper / front valence that I hadn't noticed when purchasing the car (see photo below). I asked my salesperson to see if the dealership would take responsibility for the pre-existing damage, he said no. I then used a local body shop to repair the damage for $970.This past week I returned to Carpros Kia Tacoma to pick up my license plates, and I spoke with the sales manager who had been on-duty during my deal. He agreed that the damage shouldn't have been there on a certified car, and he said he'd get back to me by the end of the next business day to let me know what the dealership could do to make this right. I haven't heard from anyone at the dealership for the past week.My trade-in had some pre-existing damage which I disclosed to Carpros to be fully transparent, and I agreed to deduct $3300 from my trade value to cover the damage (based on repair estimate from a body shop). During my visit to Carpros last week I saw my previous car was for sale, and that the damage I disclosed to Carpros hadn't been repaired. There was no disclosure of pre-existing damage on the window sticker or the Carpros website listing.It's unclear to me if Carpros was aware of the pre-existing damage on the certified pre-owned Kia that they sold to me - it's possible they didn't see it on their pre-sale inspection. I know that Carpros was fully aware of the damage on the car I traded in to them, and it seems to me they're trying to sell that car without disclosing the pre-existing damage.I thought that I could avoid dishonest practices and hidden damage by purchasing a certified pre-owned Kia from a Kia dealership - it turns out that wasn't the case. Buyer beware.Update: emailed business manager per the Carpros reply, will update if they respond.

I bought a used Hyundai Ioniq 5 from Car Pros Kia Tacoma in August and I have just seen the worst customer service from them. If you care about after sales service or just for their finance department to return a phone call, DO NOT BUY from them! I have been trying to long to talk to a human being in their finance department and have left 8 messages with no response and my issue still no response. Looking for a simple paper could not more painful.

Our family friend referred us to Mo at Car Pros Kia and from the beginning Mo made me and my family feel very comfortable. He’s a great listener and really had my families best interests at heart. I recently bought a 2023 Kia soul from car pros Kia. In Tacoma, My sales representative was a pretty lady named Auhza, I can proudly say that she went above and beyond in getting me the deal done, worked out my payments that were affordable, helped with my insurance, was super kind, helpful, followed up with me, and guided me to the proper channels to get the deal done.very polite and courteous I highly recommend Auhza for any and all new or used car purchases. 5 out of 5 stars/ 10 out of 10!So if you’re looking to buy a new car and looking for a honest deal and an Excellent sales person she is the one! I love this new buy, 2024 Kia Seltos. Nino was the person who greeted me, his customer service was excellent. He took the time to explain everything about the car though it was pouring rain. He got the best deal on the color I wanted and went above and beyond. I will definitely say this place is a go if you are looking. Look for Nino ?

I only have experience with Sales at CarPros Tacoma but Mo was fantastic. He had to help multiple customers at once and he was still a better salesperson than most I've dealt with. Mo made sure the car would work for me by letting me take a car to my house to make sure we could fit my wife's recumbent bike into the back. This was an incredible help. There was an issue with the car I showed up to buy but Mo did everything he could to deal with the situation and I ended up purchasing a beautiful red EV6 that I love.

I saw that Car Pros Kia Tacoma had pretty good reviews here online, so I went in with high hopes. The salesperson, Makiah Moore, greatly exceeded even those high expectations. He was definitely a low-pressure salesman, as we felt no rush to buy. His catch phrase seemed to be "Not a problem", and then he did whatever was necessary to make it truly so. At one point, my wife mentioned that she'd prefer the car in blue and was disappointed that only silver was available on the lot that day. Mikiah used some of his spare time to search other affiliated dealerships for the same car in blue. He found one and was ready to drive up to get it for us when it got sold out from under him. We hadn't actually asked him to try to find one, but his dedication to customer service made it happen.

Went to a handful of dealerships, inquired about the status of a car at about 10 more. Car pros Kia of Tacoma was my favorite. They weren’t pushy- they didn’t engage my cranky husband (per his wishes), and were happy to just keep it casual with me. We ended up leaving the lot with the intent of pursuing a slightly better deal at another dealership and Jon immediately started working on his manager - he called us 10 minutes later matching that deal, saved us a 2 hour drive to the other dealership, AND THEN had a lot attendant deliver the paperwork because my husband was not willing to turn around and fight traffic back. The whole experience was comfortable and easy.

Such a great environment, very helpful and kind sales people. They made the process of purchasing a car very quick and easy and didn’t pressure me into buying a car. Any questions I had were answered and they explained everything super well. Best car shopping experience I’ve had :)

The Service department just wants to take as much money from you as they can. They charge almost $300 for a diagnostic fee and then that's not what is even wrong with the car! Then they want another $300 just to look at it again! Nor do they like working with warranty companies it's all about cash here! Support your local businesses people these Fortune 500 companies are just about numbers not taking care of a customer!
