Our dinner was fabulous and our server delivered our food, apologized for the wait (chicken cooking) that was barely a wait at all, and then came back to check how we were doing and how the food was. Incredibly friendly service with a smile and we will definitely be back.

$9 cheeseburgers that are too cold to melt the cheese and the bacon is not cooked AT ALL and still translucent. Staff was confused why I wanted my food COOKED. Hard pass. This place sucks.

IMELDA C. Is a sweet lady she has Great customer service took our order quick got everything right the first time. She’s was friendly. The food was great freshly made not disappointed for first time. All the others girls that work here were nice too even came to check if everything was ok. I will definitely come back. ?☺️

When I came in with a friend to get some lunch, I was created by the sweetest lady. She was warm and friendly and patient with our decision making. She explained the various options to meet our particular dietary needs. Then she went further to inquire what type of sauces we would prefer. I would like to extend my appreciation to a wonderful employee that helped make my day great. Her name I believe is, I Imelda, she helped us at the 6th avenue Tacoma WA location. My name is Greg Martin.Dietary restrictions: In the past you have warmly accommodated a KETO diet by removing the bread off the hamburger replaced by lettuce wrapped.

I just ordered food and I saw a better deal and I asked one of the crew named Eddie if I can changed my order while I am paying but in my surprised he said i need to refund you but I cannot do that now because Im busy! Isnt it part of his job to do the changes??? So why he said that? And I need to go back inside the store to change my burger because they gave me so cold and almost burn patty LOL! I always buy Carl’s Jr but this time you have a poor service and this crew not supposed working there if he can’t cater the need of the costumer.. CARL’s Jr 6th Ave.

Very blessed to have this as an option here, much better quality than McDonalds for just about the same price if not even lower with their deals.Breakfast 2 for $4 is my favorite! Their California style burger also is top tier.Staff have always been friendly and the inside, although a bit small, is very clean.

Has been under construction for weeks closed with zero notice. Refuse to run the drive through even though only the dining area is being renovated. Lazy ownership at its finest.
