I’ve been using Carlson Brothers for jewelry repair and sizing for many years. I just took my wedding set, one vintage and one modern ring in for sizing. I didn’t love how they sat together on my finger afterward, so they redid the sizing on one of them for me in under an hour. Excellent, helpful service from everyone I talked to from start to finish. I’m super happy with the work and will continue to bring my jewelry to them in the future.

I stopped in the other day to get my band fixed that I had bent really badly (pro tip: DON'T wear it to the gym). Everyone there was so sweet. I felt like I was visiting with friends while I waited on my ring, which took no time at all. Bending my ring back into position was also complimentary which I would have gladly paid for because they were so nice. I would love to get a custom band for my wedding ring one of these days and was considering my ring designer for the job but now I want to go here instead. It's also a locally owned family business which I love Highly recommend!

My wife lost the diamond in her ring so I asked coworkers where to go, they recommended Carlson Brothers Jewelry. I took it in and they were so helpful and had it replaced and cleaned in a couple days. It looked beautiful and was so nice we took the other piece in to be cleaned. It was done just as fast and looked beautiful also. I would recommend them for repairing jewelry and to maintain your jewelry. I can’t wait to have them make a ring with our kids birthstones in it for my wife.

Found this place just from Google search but I'm happy I did. I needed my Rolex link taken off and my Omega fixed. They repaired both watches and only charged me $35 which is crazy considering other places were quoting me $100. It's a family owned business and the girls at the from desk are super friendly.

Went in for a simple watch fitting to have band links adjusted and they removed the links all from one side. When wearing watch it is now lop sided. Asked for a refund since I would have to drive in a 2nd time now to get this fixed and they refused to refund me. Will change review if they make things right.

This place was amazing! My husband and I have come here a couple times to have my ring rodium dipped. I wasn't pleased when getting it done at other company's. I've known for awhile that I need to replace the prongs on my ring. It's 15 years old and the engraving has some pretty serious wear. But I was hesitant about getting it done cause I was worried it would look like a different ring. They made me feel very comfortable about leaving my ring with them. I got my ring back from them and it looks BRAND NEW. Their customer service was great and the feel of the smaller company makes things more comfortable. Thank you guys sooo much!!!

The Carlson Family is simply first class. Customer service rating is 5/5. it’s no wonder they have been around since 1942. Their watch repairman was extremely knowledgeable. I had on a swatch that was going to take three months to repair by sending overseas. I had it done in 24 hrs. Then I had the new band come in a week. Highly recommend the Carlson Family for any watch repairs.

I can't say enough nice things about the service and the staff. I brought my grandmother's 80 year old wedding bands in to be cleaned and not only did they show me all the mounts that needed to be replaced (rather than just relying on their say-so), they were more than happy to listen to me reminisce about my grandparents. The price for repairs was more than fair and they were so respectful of the rings' importance as a family heirloom. It's a family owned business (4th generation) and they really treat customers like family, in the best possible way. Every visit is an absolute delight.If you happen to catch Uncle Carl there, ask him about the Ellensburg blue agate. His knowledge on the subject is astounding.

I'm now 65 years old, and I've been going to Carlson Bro's Jewelers since I was old enough to hold my Mothers hand and walk into the store. From Mr. Carlson, to Carl and now Fred, the professionalism, honesty and creative designs have continued. This family business has designed many custom pieces for me and is the only place I will trust with our jewelery.

I came in to get my Celtic silver ring fixed. Somehow after 5 years, it suddenly flattened into an oval shape. The women at the front desk were very kind and explained the process of fixing my ring, including the possible risks. Luckily my ring didn't have any cracks, and it turned out good as new! It took less than 10 minutes and it was free of charge. Didn't buy anything here, but wanted to leave a review for their generous service! Thank you so much!!
