I go to Carol Millard every year for a mammogram. The ladies at the registration desk this year went above and beyond. I had written down the wrong date so showed up a day early. They found an opening for me to save me from another trip the next day. The technologist was very young, but probably the best I’ve had so far. Wonderful place.

Called 3 days ago to get an MRI scheduled. No answer. No return call. Called the mammogram line hoping to speak with someone and was on hold for 30 minutes and then got disconnected. Called the NP line and no answer. I am not used to this kind of service. I have been a patient of Federal way Breast Diagnostic Center, and they never made me leave a message for scheduling. They called back when promised. I have had a recent change of insurance and have to go to . Carol Milgard. Their service is terrible.

Staff is always so friendly, kind and helpful. The facility is very clean and nicely decorated for comfort. My experience has always been amazing.

Carol Milgard Breast Center has played an integral roll in correctly diagnosing my breast cancer early which afforded us the opportunity to act quickly with our doctors. I highly recommend yearly mammograms at CMBC. They truly care about their clients and offer a warm, friendly experience in what can be very stressful circumstances.

The Carol Milgard center is incredible. I drive an hour to go get my screening. This is year 2 for me and they have been kind and consistent and it means the world to me as I am very filled with anxiety about all things cancer related. I appreciate them making it easier for me to stay healthy.

I have had a myriad of procedures done here. The MRI biopsy team was fantastic. Every tech and doctor I have interacted with has been stellar. Dr. Manzo was kind, thorough and everything was explained perfectly.

My experience here for my first mammogram went smoothly. The facility is beautiful & every worker I encountered was great. The technician I had was so sweet, courteous & professional. I felt very comfortable here.

If you are looking to get a mammogram done, this is the place. Quick, convenient, and simple. You are in and out under 30 mins for regular checkups. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Easy parking, checkin desk at the front with very specific process in place to help things run smoothly. Very professional environment with how they handle meet/greet, you're in/out, and if your results come back abnormal they call you otherwise things are good from there.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here each time I’ve had my appointments. From setting appointments, to checking in at the front desk and to the actual appointment. The staff are so helpful and very welcoming. I love that they provide actual robes for you to wear and none of that hospital thin gowns at every single clinic.I’ll always recommend Carol Milgard Breast Center to anyone who needs to see them.

06/2023. Had my mammogram done here and this place was awesome. The staff was friendly and personable and polite they had very nice robes that you could put on during your appointment not a paper gown thank goodness. Once I was called back it took maybe less than 5 minutes and I was done and the wait time before that before I got called back I thought it would be there for like an hour hour and a half I was only there for like maybe 15 minutes total and that included getting undressed and dressed and everything making an appointment for next year I definitely would recommend this medical facility for your mammograms or any other needs you might have in terms of breast Care I would give them 10 Stars if I could because they deserve it! ?

The complaint I have is that every year when I get the robo call to schedule I get someone who wants to confirm my past issues!!! Just schedule the damn appointment because you are not a nurse or doctor!! So insensitive. The clinical staff and feel of the place is amazing though. I really need them to coach the receptionists and schedule people better though.

This is the most attentive, professional and accommodating breast check/care office and service I have ever been to. I first started visiting in 2014. I moved away for a few years and had breast exams at other places. By far, this is still the best - with a spa-like feel, calming environment and respectful and helpful staff. Thank you all!

Came here for my first ever mammogram. What a positive experience! Everyone was so kind and the place was run so efficiently. I hope to get my yearly scans done here for many years to come!

Everyone is very nice, friendly and the techs are gentle. I like the fact that I was able to schedule next years appointment in advance. They have plenty of parking. They try to get you in and out in a caring manner.
