Really rude staff asked me if I prefer to look at the clearance rack clothes I was looking at I was the only person of color in the store I felt like it was a little bit biased and rude. Overall customer service was really bad

The ladies working here are very helpful! I stopped in to check out the sale going on and both ladies working were so kind. They helped me navigate the different styles of pants to fit my baby’s body type best. Thank you!!

I traveled from Lacey to Olympia to buy a dress that the Carter’s website said the Tacoma store had. When I asked the manager about it, she rudely said they didn’t have it and that she can’t control what’s on the Internet. When I expressed my frustration because I traveled there (25 miles), she couldn’t be bothered and just stared at me. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen or encountered poor customer service at this location. The website or the Olympia store will get my business.

The staff are ALWAYS amazing. So kind and helpful. My daughter has primarily been clothed out of carters.Great selection. Great deals. My favorite store for baby clothes.
