Horrible place, refuses to let me pawn something for my mother because she has PTSD and can’t leave the house without a panic attack and the staff were very rude and would not not listen to a word I was saying and just ignored me when I tried to explain.

Went during normal business hours, I attempted to walk through the door, no-go. I called and politely asked if they were open and asked if there was a trick to opening the door and was told there's a doorbell like I was the most ignorant human in the planet, even though there's no signage posted referencing the doorbell, then hung up on. What has customer service come to, I'll take my business elsewhere..

Old big belly guy is rude with no customer service skills and what little items they have are over priced. I recommend behavioral therapy for the staff but the lady was cool. Too many options here to settle for this place

I camein the to make and purchase and the I stood there waiting. The employee closest to me was doing nothing but standing there doing nothing and reused to assist me. I said, "excuse me" and he rudely said, "hold on" even though he wasn't doing anything. He would not assist me and then he went and started talking to this black guy that worked there. Needless to say he was very unprofessional.

I've been here on a number of occasions and there's one thing that stands out to me. That one thing is the customer service. No matter who waits on me, how busy they are or how busy they may not be at the moment; I always get great customer service. That is a big thing to me. Good job 72nd Casff. I know if you do that for me, you gotta be doing rhe same for everyone else. And that's what keeps me co.inv.back.

They lock there door during business hours because of the crime in the area. I believe the crime is inside the store. I bought my Asus laptop here. I pawned it once and when I came to pick it up my password worked fine. Now when it came time to put there password in, they didn't have it. They said there WiFi/internet was running slow, they offered to reboot it and all my info would be erased. I agreed to it. All of a sudden they could not reboot it. They never apologized. They just walked away from the counter. I then went to another Cash America and they told me that I had been tricked. Now, I can't use my computer without someone else having access to my privacy. I've been a customer here for 16yrs. I was so disgusted. We are all in desperate times. Customers, please be cautious when you go to buy a computer at 72nd Cash America especially if you value your privacy.

I recently tried to pawn my Nintendo switch here at the pawn shop. I wasn't allowed to based on my record and that's fine. However, there's this short round lady with long black hair. I tried to explain what I was doing very nicely and immediately interupts me and says I need your ID card very rudely and then I tried to erase my Nintendo switch and she told me that I can't erase it because it's going to lock something up which is completely wrong. She needs to be completely retrained on how to do customer service and also how to erase devices properly with correct training. Maybe she could be a halfway decent person.

The female employee numbet 5105402 is a huge b**** ! I understand working at a pawn shop is not anything to be proud of but treating people like s*** because you are a miserable hag is not my problem.

Their always taking forever then just for them not to be able to take your item because of some d*** rule or because they do things different now but it's always something with them that's why I don't even bother to bring anything in anymore
